at 8:26 you asked question as ye bacteriophage ka genome kyun degrade nahi kr raha hai pls correct it mam bacteriophage ka genome hi to degrade kra hai abhi, uske baad sawal ye hona chahiye ki bacteria ka jo dna hai wo kyun degrade nahi hota is complex se jiska jawab hoga 1. lack of NGG sequence or motif called as Protspacer Adjacent Motif and lack of complementarity to bacteriohage's protoscapcer (spacer).
