RAPD (Random Amplification of Polymorphism DNA) | Basics in Hindi
This lecture is about RAPD (Rapid Amplified Polymorphic DNA) Technique, Basic RAPD Principle and Applications in Hindi.
RAPD is a polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique in which a random primer of greater than 10 nucleotides is used as a template to generate DNA fragments which are then separated by gel electrophoresis.

Amazing clarity of teaching mam. Can you kindly clear the concept of why RAPD is dominant and whats the meaning of dominance and codominance
Very informative video mam ❤️

Very informative
Thank you so much ma'am..
U r really genious
Plz upload videos daily on various csir net topics ur videos help a lot
Ma'am your explanation is outstanding 👍
Hey Aarti, your way of explaining is very wacky and simple. I was wondering why you did not make a video series taking the immunology subject in which all the topics of immunology would be covered.
Super you are just amazing
Mam you are great
Ma'am please make a video on AFLP too. Thanking you for rest of the free lectures. Grateful.

Hello ma'am can you make a video on "Clonal Selection theory" plz.🙏🙏
Is there any way you could make a video about R.A.P.D. in English or with subtitles so that I can follow along. I would love to learn about R.A.P.D, in this age of Corona virus. Thank you
Hello actually i was watching your all videos about n linked gycosylation etcetera. Can you please tell me or arrange the videos in the prder we should watch. Like first Cell regulation then prtein synthesis through ribosomes then it moves forward inside lumen then it again go to golgi. Like this way please

Dear mam Myself snc ray I wanted to know one thing from your lecture that Which length of dna is amplified - the length equal to the length of probe or the length equal to the part between the two bound primers and secondly for processing of pcr the genomic dna is to be cleaved for the length that is to be amplified isnt it?
Mam plz upload a video lecture on Microarray technique
Mam plz upload the video about multipex PCR and droplet digital PCR and also about the real time.pcr by relative and absolute graphs and error bars
mam kindly make videos on bioinformatics too....
well explained i dont understand one thing here that if RAPD template sequence information is not required how are we designing a primer then
Extrapolative knowledge
make a video for amplified rdna restriction analysis
👌👍
Why RAPD is dominant means what is the mechanism and how it became as dominant what makes it dominant and what makes RFLP co.dominant??
Ma'am can u pls clear a doubt of mine. Why is it necessary for the 3'end of the primers on both the strands to face each other in RAPD?
Good explanation ma'am but I've a doubt. For pcr to work and primers to bind we need ssDNA. When the process starts there should be an end point, but here because the dna is very long and there is no particular marker to stop, process must carry on till the end of the sequence of that genome. In short, I think that the dna must be fragmented first and then run on pcr, but you've not mentioned it. Please clear this.... Good and clear explanation though👏
Ma'am can u make a video on dye chemistry theory ,.plzzz
Q:_following observations was made when a mammalian cell cycle was fused with a cell in another phase of cell cycle ?.... 1__fusion of a cell in G1 phase with S phase caused the G1 nucleus to enter S phase.. 2__upon fusion of a G2 cell with an S phase cells, G2 cell does not enter S phase.. 3__ upon fusion of a G1 cell with G2 cell, G1 nucleus enter G2 phase.. 4__ fusion of an S phase cell with a M phase cause the S phase cell to immediately enter mitosis.. **Choose the combination with all correct statement............ A) A, B, C B) A, C, D C) B, C, D D) A, B, D {CSIR NET DEC 2018} Mam can u please explain this and how can we solve these types of questions I almost see these types of questions so who can we solve these types of questions I look many books but can't find any relevant topics for such types of questions so plz can u explain mam 🙃
