  Great channel, watching from Nairobi. Just some tip, get advise from an local experienced builder on how to schedule works….foundation, walling, roofing,plumbing pipes, electrical conduits and cabling, window frames, cabinetry, plaster, tiles, painting, cabro, landscaping…..otherwise one tends to undo things, inefficient and costly.

  My first time here. Are you married. It pays to have a partner of some sort and the closest can be a husband or a guy who vibes with you. But if you are the religious type, egt some help from your local congregation. You have come so far, so very far. But I have had your experienced and I gave up. I did not have social support, I did not have business peers, I did not use much of the internent and I was not getting enough fun. Wish you success.
