I am 26yrs, with 2 babies living in Kampala Uganda 🇺🇬 but doing everything we can to possibly to leave and have a home in the deep outskirts of the city and live this kind of life by the time I am 30yrs . My parents lived in the village most of their lives and the food was healthy. My mother is 99 years old, she does not have high blood pressure, nor diabetes. It's a blessing. The first twenty years of my life I was also in the town, now I live in a city of almost two million people, in Barranquilla Colombia.

High blood pressure and the resulting complications have killed half my extended family and some in my family. I have High blood pressure too and I attribute it to my job and everyday stresses. I long to go back to my country Kenya to live a slower life 😢
