Hi Jael, you can boil the arrowroots, let them cool and freeze them. You can then heat them up in the microwave starting with 2 minutes, peel and reheat for another 2 minutes. They taste like you've just boiled them

Jael bonjour. Lovely red hibiscus flower, we have a light orange and a yellow one that we are going to plant. That is so kind of you to share with your neighbours in case of surplus. Here we have 4 seasons, and in summer the clay ground gets very dry and hard, so for small fruit and vegetable trees you have to keep watering, the bigger trees don't need.

Beautiful farm you've got there! I am binging on your videos, and honestly they have envoked mixed feelings of my love and frustrations for tge village life 😅. Living here in UK has shown me that our simple life in western Kenyan village was the best thing that happened to me growing up.

Cooked avocado would turn black - sometimes good to know how food transforms in heat. If you want a green cake, use 'matcha - a green Japanese powder- try Asian shops or order online'.. you'd need a green powder that will hold the colour. Also here's an important tip - use actual food vlog recipes but always read the reviews of the users. People will say how they adjusted the recipes and how good it is.. read 2 or 3 different versions of a recipe and get the average

In Jamaica where I'm from originally, we usually plant Dasheen, what you call arrowroot, in swampy areas, also Coco yam, these plants love the water
