Another way of explaning. It's important to acknowledge and validate our emotions, rather than suppressing or denying them. Level 2 thinking encourages us to confront and overcome challenges through growth and self-awareness, rather than simply acting like nothing's wrong. By acknowledging our emotions and thoughts, we can: 1. Identify areas for personal growth and development. 2. Develop empathy and understanding for others. 3. Cultivate resilience and coping strategies. 4. Improve our mental and emotional well-being. 5. Build stronger, more authentic relationships. growth and progress often require us to confront and overcome challenges. By embracing level 2 thinking, we can transform obstacles into opportunities for growth and self-improvement. let's strive to overcome challenges with growth, not just by acting like everything's fine. Authentic growth and progress require us to confront and overcome our struggles, leading to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

I've been alone for 31 years, not sure how much longer I can last honestly, I thought I finally met the one earlier this year but she betrayed me like everyone else, never felt so weak.

I had a friend recommend this video to me, and is this entire channel just AI vomit? There's not a single source provided for a video that's 2 hours long. Channel is based out of Brazil and the narrator is some grizzled cowboy with barely a shred of inflection. This reeks of "alpha-male" red-pilled incel energy.

I started practicing stoicism at work and my supervisor hates it He’s been trying to torement me treat me better and ignore me And the look on my face doesn’t change nor does my tone change in my voice I enjoy a good laugh when he’s not looking Everyday he ask what I’m doing this weekend or planing Good thing is I can turn it off and on after work Stoicism has helped me dearly I was once always in the extreme side of emotions like a hamster wheel i struggled with balancing in all aspects of life I was always on the extreme side of whatever

I'm detaching from all those that are of evil and deception. This is why I was chosen ones always have to go into isolation. Once we know that we're being deceived and that's instantly for me that's when I start to help the person and then you try to use things against you and reverse the effect and that's how you know they're evil anyways you see it in the beginning. God tells me through the spirit to continue with letting them be deceptive but to try and help and I know it's not going to but I have to fulfill the purpose of God. Then I leave and I just isolate. I actually love isolation from people. So much wicked and evil going on.

Act as if nothing bothers u. Principles 1. Listen twice as much as u speak. 2. Always expect the worst 3. Prepare to fail because it is the only way to progress. 4. Be aware of the dangers of fortune 5. To not cling to a single hope. 6. Always remember that death is waiting at the end of the road. 7. True wealth lies in a contented spirit 8. Incorporate humility into ur life. 9. Guilt is synonymous with plague. 10. Make alliances with winning people. 11. Never forget that your reactions forge ur destiny 12. Always fulfil ur duty 13. Do not hate those who hates u Simply ignore them. 14. Bet on simplicity while living fugality. 15. When u allow the comments or attitudes of people to bother u u are making that person in charge of ur life. 16. Friendship is above wealth 17. Always extract the benefits of things 18. Stop worrying about what is out of your control

The interpretation and translation of this ancient philosophy into relatable examples that we can all relate to in the modern world are something I love. Examples include cutting back on screen time and other distractions like notifications and mini social media platforms that take us out of the present, resisting the urge to maintain a regular exercise schedule, and other modern translations into this ancient stoicism philosophy that help make sense to this generation, but the philosophy itself doesn't change.

As a contributor (even so little) could you add auto generated Turkish subtitles to this? I want to send it to my friends who being through hard times but unfortunately they do not speak English. Considering you are good with AI and speech recognition I thought it wont cost a second for you but means a lot to these individuals. Thank you

Hello, thank you very much for your contribution! To enable subtitles in any language, it is something that must be done on your part. In the video itself, you need to enable 'subtitles/closed caption', after that, you must click on 'details => subtitles => options => Turkish'

Wow this video is probably describing a man who is atm ignoring me and his last text was " I miss having you around". Very painful and confusion. He said he wanted to build sonething beautiful with me.i was careful i have seen and experienced manipulation before but i guess I was again misled. We didn't even have a first dste bc he unexpectedly found new business project abroad. Last sunday he wrote " why dont you come live here?". Well it's Monday now and he is quiet. He went quiet 2,3 pr 4 days in the name of very busy days. I'm so dissapointed. One time he said ' eventually you will receive positivity". He knew I had been hurt before. He even told me to write it out to him and said ' no worries, you are sweet just write it out" ( i felt hurt and confused). I'm crying 3 days and trying to rest and stay active but everytime i see no messages it hurts. Realising he is gone just like that and I hate that I accepted his request for another chance. He never judged me for my traumatic past nor for my current challenges nc I'm on a crossroad to emigrate or start new job in my country. So i thought he may be genuine, just a bit nonchalant in contact. I even still doubt if I ruined it but I sent him a sweet text last Thursday. Then friday evening still no text and it all became to much for me. I felt disrespected and ledi on and I had to tell him decently and I did. Rationally I know this was poor treatment but emptionally it hurts and I feel apotheek dissapointment it must be me. 😢
