I can't stop shaking when i stop myself from acting.. it kills me more than if a blow up.. I can stay calm for months, yet it's all building up resentment that builds up under the rug i try to brush it under. Then boom, I blow up, yet anger is good. It clears the air. Right or wrong it is better than trying to stay calm lol

I could’ve use this so many years ago when I was not only being disrespected by my partner, but he did not seem to agree with or feel the need to instill respect in the children which caused major conflict as one can imagine and major frustration in me and I did handle it all wrong many many times.

Great video!! I try my best to avoid conflict with people over things that I don't need to, especially conversations of government or religion. I think before I respond & alot of times the best is response is no response. If someone is being disrespectful or condescending I will smile & do my best to not be affected by it & move foward ignoring. If someone has a one minded belief set on something & there is really no talking to them, they just want you to hear what they are saying (ultimately they just want to be right)... I will nod my head like I'm hearing them but I'm not even taking in what they're saying past a certain point, I will allow them to be right in their own eyes (doesn't mean they converted me to their thinking but it usually it gets them to stop talking sooner). I do not have to prove anything, I don't have to be right, someone can disrespect verbally to a point but if they don't get physical then they're just empty words, I ALWAYS TRY TO STAY IN HARMONY & NO ONE IS WORTH TAKING ME OUT MY VIBRATIONAL FREQUENCY 🎶 Blessed Be Inner-Peace ❤️‍🔥

Those are some hard to follow when you're dealing with stupid, and violent people who bring in other's because they have no backbone. I handled the challenge with calling the guy to meet me in the street. He hid in his house, and life returned to normal faster than the length of your video. Combat Vet's sometimes have to handle force with force. Call it stupid behavior, but it got me through Afghanistan, and now in the country ghetto.

Even more important is when using these tactics that you apply wisdom so the person doesn't think you are afraid of their attacks because when they want a reaction and you don't the first thing they think is you are afraid so bear in mind.

A lot of the time they don’t even know they’ve said something so hurtful. I have a friend does it all the time. I distance myself but I honestly think she is deflecting her shxx onto me. The tongue is mightier than the sword. It takes years to overcome n learn not to react especially if you’re an HSP like me. (Highly sensitive person).
