ARMORED WISDOM. This is me, I didn't know there was a name for my personality. I don't fit in, I just do my own thing. I never thought of myself as so strong, rather more stubborn. I am a mix of creative and office manager. I am all of these points but just cover them with a blanket of emotions. In order to get through my feelings, I go into business mode. It is not even about how we respond to circumstances as widely thought, or many quotes in the comments. It is about who you are, your truth, the strength that comes intrinsically without fear to make things happen. Fearlessness to change, transform, assess circumstances and handle matters knowing your own truth and facts to be guides by.

@Armored Wisdom. Having grown up in a society where one was either an Alpha or Beta, I as a Sigma have been buffed between these labels. In the descriptions you provided I felt an unfolding, blossoming. However I am also aware that the description can be seen as a form of social labeling - my PERSONAL pitfall, which is a conditioned reflex that I am currently dismantling. In appreciation for your work, thank you.

We are only our convictions.

The sigma woman, is who she is. She became who she is through wading lots of life issues / mud. And wading mud anyway even when scared. She waded mud so many times she has experienced that mud never goes past her neck. Thus LIFES MUD does not scare her It an opportunity to learnt a valuable lesson She faces issues, mud , thinking what the hell and even tough hard gets to other side quickly. Knowing she won’t die doing. We are pragmatic Can walk away from toxic relationships We can turn off life support for a child Sigma women have it tough and don’t like always our black and white But we have an innate need to follow our spirit even when earthly shit confounds. A conundrum But l glad l a sigma, as helped me be at peace with myself.

A sigma woman Holds her own independent mind over matters not judge others don’t need anyone too validated her can thinks for herself. Takes responsibility for herself and the world’s owed her nothing. Don’t like’s gossip I have always stayed away from gossip you are right. I now valued my freedom. I believe strongly happiest comes from within . Thank you for this message.

So a Sigma woman must also value having a few good friends verses many friends with poor character, I could also understand being creative and yet being your own worse critic thinking your work isn't perfect even when others are amassed with your work. Some would just call this being humble.

This is how I feel myself. It seems to be rare, and often misunderstood and unfortunately feared.

I will be listening to this again… because traits that I think are just regular are being defined in ways I wouldn’t have imagined.

Watching this video, I realized my personal journey of awakening and growth has been leading me to instinctively embody the Sigma female within. This made so much sense and explains so much of the rebel soul within that has been breaking free of societal and CULTural programming/conditioning we all came into this world to overcome. I sense a new level of “lightness” and renewal in the journey and growth my soul came to experience 🤗

On further reflection a few thoughts presented themselves… Just WOW! Watching this awakened a clarity within about so much that I’ve not found words to express. What I’ve called the “rebel” in me is a sigma female seeking to balance. Listening to the video I realized what is being described here is the way a woman, who has balanced the feminine/masculine energies within, will present herself in this physical world. Simple and concisely presented. No “how to”, just a recognition of the “energy” that wants to actualize expression in human form. Each must first recognize this yearning for expression, THEN, in their own unique way give space for her soul to express outwardly.

Well now I’m really extra ticked off with the American socialized mental health system. And so glad to be returning to my own way of being minus the medication and stupid therapy that said I wasn’t in touch with my feelings. I ended up becoming the hysterical emotional ping pong person that they expected me to be because I had a severe trauma history. Geez, would have been great if someone just said…honey you’re drawing users to you and they are diminishing you. Chuck the anchors and you just go be your own amazing self. So what if the past 20 or so years was a side-trip in discovering what society thinks a woman is supposed to be, feel, and do. Since my head has cleared of medication and I’m out of the relationships and therapy that told me I was “disordered” I’ve had plenty of alone time and the blessings of tech out I take a long deep look into myself and into society. If this society is “sanity” I’m quite content to be “insanity”, as I strategize my plan to liberate the other neurodivergents from chemical catatonia for collective conformity. And so much gratitude for you for making this. It was like listening to you describe me pre-marriage. And now post-divorce I’ll never enslave myself again.

Absolutely on point! Single now four years, not bc I am afraid of intimacy but rather loving myself is the greatest gift in truly finding a partner. I’ve been self employed since 20 and now 46. I never stopped working during Covid even when I was threatened to loose my license. I trust in my knowing and my great intuitive instincts from the blueprints of my dna and RNA. My library of knowledge and wisdom and grand (some may think and mistake me as egoism or narcissist simple from Judging the way lead my life and that I don’t live my life by other peoples ideal, expectation, hope, judgment or how I live based on current ideologies of human societal programming to keep a level of comfort, sanity, workability and most of acceptance and Or belonging. And we wonder why we have the highest rate of mental illness America?! If not you- then Who? Be a light beacon not the rock that the light house sits apon. 🎉

A lot of mental abuse and the necessity to stand up for yourself while a scapegoat makes you tough. From there you realise, since you survived, you don't have to comply No-one will support you, you may just as well live your life as you please.
