These key takeaways beautifully align with Stoic principles, emphasizing self-reliance, authenticity, respect for others, and self-care. The timeless wisdom of Stoicism shines through in these profound lessons, reminding us to focus on what's within our control and treat others with empathy and respect.

Conversation gives you perspective on one's true objectives using your stoic principles to better align your self with that person
So many skip over self care, it's not egocentric, it's as simple as letting yourself have a walk alone just to help you silent you mind.
1. Independent. 2. Mysterious. 3. Make ppl feel important. 4. Authentic self. expression. 5. Respect others opinion. 6..Use your smile at the right time. 7. Practice self care & self love.
Sometimes coldness is needed. Some individuals understand nothing else.

Being thought foolish or stupid by others because you are silently leading in new ways and thoughts or living in a healthy way they can not grasp.

What is the meaning of that sentence?

@@stoicdiscoveryus This saying means that in order to grow and progress, you need to accept that people may consider you stupid of foolish. This is because when we learn new things of challenge ourselves with unprecedented experiences, we may make mistakes or not appear smart right away. To improve, you should not be afraid of being underestimated and be willing to leave your comfort zone, even though that may make you look ignorant to others.

Yo, this video is a straight-up goldmine of Stoic wisdom, my friend. Mad respect to the author for dropping these profound insights on us ❤❤ One lesson that really struck a chord with me was the importance of respecting others' opinions. It's not just about keeping your cool to maintain appearances, but it's about being a mature, empathetic human being who embraces the diversity of perspectives. The Stoics always emphasized controlling your own reactions to differing viewpoints and treating everyone with respect. Much appreciation to the author for sharing this deep lesson!

Appreciate this. Thank you!
I find when I allow others to speak about themselves more they tend to like me more just for listening. I agree with not interrupting the person and smiling with empathy. People tend to like those who like them.
Being a good listener for people is a rare thing in America or anywhere really since most everyone is barricaded behind assumption.
You crushed it Liam Neeson!!!
