I feel as a lone wolf we were seen as abandoned and cast it out while living in a truth of knowing that we can see ourselves as a beautiful wolf and we can be running on this mountain and we're howling to the wind of enjoyment as we hear our foot steps in the ground make an steady beats as we race to the top . We see others millions since we took the time to form a wolf so they can run with . We get to be the first to experience an spiritual vision of pure connections. Lone wolfs were ment to recover from the traumatic events so we know how to relate to all generations with our imagination of who we become purposely when talking with others. Especially taking others on epic stories .

So true. Don't be afraid to get out of bad or unsatisfactory relationship and don't be afraid to go travelling all by yourself. Don't hide behind the crowd and don't care about the crowd. Proven on myself. Divorced when starting living in a foreign country, with two young kids and a fresh career. Travel mostly alone not begging friends to join me. Niddless to say, train alone and don't give a shit about those who say "muscles are not for women". Stay strong, break the rules.

True. When it comes to motivation, discipline, etc being solely reliant on yourself to push through us cool…… but we also need wise councel, support, collaboration and even a team. Surrounding oneself with friends and family members who can be of support and even motivation at time ks critical, connecting and making healthy business relationships can help you avoid pitfalls or even help u out of them. Its also good for mental health too to have people who love you and support you around.

The military taught me about being "An ARMY of One". Initially, this seemed contrary to what the ARMY stands for, however, I soon learned that although you are a team, a squad, a platoon, a company... The greatest battles are waged within. You must be prepared to be the last man standing on the battlefield. Your greatest challenges will be what you wage inside. I always had the Lone Wolf mentality. My sports were martial arts, gymnastics, powerlifting, and competitive bodybuilding. All are mostly highly individualized. I am a musician and artist, so I am very independent and self-motivated. Always have been. I Rarely need input from others... and that input is often negative so I say fuck it and do my own thing. In the gym, I used to burn out training partners due to my sheer insanity when I trained. I have had bodybuilders/lifters who flatly refused to train with me because they observed my work ethic and insanity, particularly in the squat rack. NO ONE will ever push you like you will once you master your emotions and mind. If you find a "team or partner" who can match your energy, great! But always be prepared for them to fall off... and they will.
