I suggest you all confront those there and then. Or you’ll end up like me, filled with a rage that could and would destroy your world if released, if buried deep, it will just destroy you. So, face it and deal with it in the moment, no matter the outcome, you’ll thank yourself later.

I needed to be reminded of this. Somebody I haven’t spoken to in 23 years contacted somebody I know and disparaged me. They have tried numerous times to contact me and I have ignored them. I’m going to continue to do that. I know it’s jealousy and envy. Which is why I walked away from them 23 years ago. I won’t respond and I won’t react. They can’t have my peace because I’ve worked hard for it. As I’ve worked hard for everything else.

Sister , i understand it hurts , betrayal is a true burden to shoulder , i am glad that stoic philosophy brings you clarity , yet to allow people to see your pain , those that want to create misery will use this against you . others will see you as less then you are . keep your pain yours , cherish it .Pressure makes diamonds , pain makes us tough . Embracing the transient nature of life, along with the potential for suffering, is to acknowledge the inherent impermanence of all things. @@deepblue8143 It's important to remember that feeling as though God isn't responding to our calls for help can be a deeply challenging and personal experience. It doesn't necessarily mean that He isn't listening or doesn't care. Often, the ways in which God responds to our prayers may not align with our expectations or immediate desires. It could be that the answer or help we receive takes a different form than we anticipated, or it may come at a time we do not expect. Faith is sometimes about trusting in this process, even when it's difficult and the answers aren't clear. It's also beneficial to seek support from a community or individuals who can offer guidance and understanding during such times.

My ex girlfriend was a narcissist. Nearly made me either cross the line a man should never towards a female. Made me self harm. Brought me to the point of committing suicide. Tbh, i am thankful to her by how she treated me, how she revelled in my despair. For the darkness she worked so hard to keep me in. Also made me see the light. Made me see my self worth. With that said, i left her because i dont need anything from her. And also there is someone out there that deserves what i can give and will reciprocate it herself.

@@schulj97 sesrch signs your girlfriend is a narcisissist and what to look for. Trust me you will see a pattern. Once you do start emotionally shutting down. Dont engage her in arguments. Then watch her slowly lose her mind when she starts to realize she has lost control of you. I was self harming myself, punch and headbutt walls due to the frustration. Blaming myself for our problems TBH bro, she used to gaslight me by saying "Your sound like a faggot always talking" . When i tried to reason out our many arguments. So when i started to emotionally cut myself off, i fucked her more than you would a 403 rather than someone you loved. Pointing out that this is what she wanted.

Been there, brother. Do not let some gash control you. A good person will build you up instead of trying to drag you down. There's something broken inside anyone who does that. Leave them to be broken by themselves. Your mental health is worth more.

Its good to be unbothered, but only if it is genuine. If something is bothering you, ignoring it doesnt make it go away. Feel your pain, eat it and digest it. Then it will pass in another form. But ignoring it only stores it and builds it up in the bowels, which causes illness and death. Emotions and feelings are signs to pay attention to, not to ignore, lest you end up somewhere totally different than where you had planned.

The lesson is not to deny your feeling or emotion, because when injustice happens, your body which holds water in it contains memory. The issue is how does a wise person deal with difficult situations, which appear to include narcissism in others. You don't feed narcissism with emotion on your sleeve, you use your mind on the best way to deal with it. There are beings that feed off control of your emotions, whether it appear to be well or ill, for manipulation. It is up to you to appear uncaring to such attempts or gray wall them, a term that means you cannot give them the best of your time or energy, you make it so that what they are trying to feed off does not offer them anything, you are boring and neutral to them, not compliant. That was the message. Only going through trials you see who your true friends are, and they will be your treasure.

Don’t worry about what people think about you. Most people are concerned with themselves and their own life problems. When people come across as hateful, angry, or rude, it most likely has nothing to do with you, their attitude stems from their own inner turmoil or underlying mental health issues. If you constantly feel worried, look into natural supplements that help with anxiety and calm your mind.

It's important that we 'switch' our focus to God when ungodly behavior of people are bothering us, so that we won't be bothered by them anymore. God gave me comfort by reading Psalm 37 about this matter. I realized that being bothered by their behavior was because I had _put my focus_ on it. Psalm 37 begins with "Fret not thyself because of evildoers". When I asked in prayer "How do I do that? _"Do not fret.."_ ?" Then God spoke to my heart to read the _next_ Psalm, 38. My eye caught verse 13 "But I, as a deaf man, heard not; and I was as a dumb man that openeth not his mouth." Then, I asked Christ please open my mind to understand the scriptures (Luke 24:45). and His Spirit spoke to my heart, when we behave how God wants us to behave, _that's_ when we _focus on God._ That's when we are healed, and won't fret anymore. May these words bless someone out there. 🫂

your motto embodies the essence of Stoic detachment. To practice impeccable indifference is to cultivate a serene equanimity in the face of life's fluctuations. Neither swayed by the allure of pleasure nor daunted by the specter of pain, you remain steadfast in your commitment to virtue. Embrace the impermanence of all things and detach yourself from the transient desires of the ego. In this state of serene detachment, you find true freedom and inner peace, transcending the vicissitudes of fortune with unwavering tranquility.

Act with intention, guided by your inner wisdom, rather than reacting to external stimuli. Let your light shine brightly, unapologetically, for those attuned to your frequency shall be drawn to you effortlessly. Release the burdens of confusion and distraction, focusing instead on the clarity of your purpose. In this way, you navigate the currents of existence with steadfast resolve, attracting all that is meant for you in its purest form.
