arc furnaces produced a weird meta. it is now meta to choose the sol system as a start. because sol has by far the most celestial bodies for arc furnace to create deposits on. it may not be a huge difference for other origins, but they, too, will eventually unlock arc furnaces and having a sol system reserved for it gives you a small leg up.

I've used the exact same build last week. I loved it but you qhould never construct a dyson swarm around a 4 or lower energy star, done it twice. At least 5 energy and if lucky 9 or 12

Prosperity is very strong first/second pick with Arc Welders/Astro-mining drones since it has adoption effect of +20% mining station output. It has building/district upkeep reduction as well, which is honestly not that good up until late game so you could just pick it and switch to another tradition.

honestly the arc and swarm are so powerful its stupid. the origin its self is just so gd if u are a waring nation in 20 years u can get a max level arc and be pumping out hundreds of alloys a month. a lot of people seem to think its really bad because of the opportunity cost but honestly I think its well worth it being able to just focus all ur pops on tech because space is funding all ur fleets and tech

I don't think over powered is the correct word here. I think their power was very intentionally given to enhance the currently gameplay of Stellaris. I believe making making more and more resources available to the player such as this, that future updates will contain more and more costly structures for players to sync their resources into.

One of the first custom empires I made when the machine age came out was an arc furnace empire as it looked super interesting. I didn’t make it too strong, but it was still super fun to play. I have waited for someone to do a video on it to guide people because I want the full power. Thank you for doing this!

Yeah I'm enjoying -100% Empire Pop Sprawl Virtual Robots that are immortal and don't need housing. It's really strong. Machine Worlds are really strong for Unity Rushing Ascension. I'm going to keep playing the build because Paradox is sure to nerf it into the ground.
