For your galatron stream, do a trad e build. It works pretty well

There are two queens with the Scourge. One is a wounded queen you can capture. It isn't the relic. Then there is the relic queen.

Alternative ways (which will also be cringe) to get the 10 Operations Achievement: Have an AI become Galactic Emperor, and then do the Op's to weaken and overthrow/rebel against them OR Kill the Stellarite Devourer, and get its egg sacs, since you can Spy Op the eggs into the stars of Empires capital worlds and kill the system GL king

Achievements are driving E3PO crazy? So he is slowly becoming Stellaris I Sorrow Productions? Well I guess, at this rate he will be calling us gravy Timmy's in next to no time.

You can scrap a brood queen fleet and it will count for the achievement

11:15 I feel you. Not getting the relic after beeting a crisis is pain. Twice I beat the unbiden only for the relic to go to my vassals that were following me. (At least I assumed that what happened to the relics). Another time happen to me with the Scourge and the Khan... in the same game.

You know how expensive galaxies are?

I got the Galatron in a super long game where I was just spamming my economy into reliquaries while waiting for conditions to get another achievement. But I'm convinced it's there to troll you, and you either won't get it for an IRL week of gameplay or you'll get it five minutes into the stream just so it leaves you sat there going "Oh...well...okay then...my stream's ruined now". Unrelated - Yes, the fact that it doesn't change the upkeep or cost makes archeotech with menacing ships incredibly powerful. It also lets you use any other special techs that require rare resources (like the psionic stuff etc) without any extra cost. If you have all the rare ship techs, you can make ones that are actually sickening in their cost/power ratio.

You can become the crisis after you become the custodian I believe

@@cringelord7776 I’ve googled things that then end up wrong, and as it’s Ironman mode there’s no going back! Wanted to be crisis so I thought I’d just go for that!

I'm curious if you could become the imperium, get overthrown, then become the crisis.

Honestly, the Galatron wasn't that hard to get for me (and I'm pretty sure they made it so you can use the slots an unlimited amount of time now), the "outside context" and "destroy the people of earth" are way more annoying luck based ones in my experience, as for time-consuming ones (in 1 game) "sic semper tyrannis" is probably the most annoying (also good luck getting another empire to become galactic emperor)

You basically have to be the one propping up the AI empire

Currently doing my own achievement run trying to get the 'Unshackled' achievement in a regular play through. Was going well. Conquered large sections of the galaxy, was mid way through killing an awakened empire when the late game crises started spawning. Unbidden spawned in between me and the fallen empire. My massive fleet was able to push them back while the fallen empire lost what was left of their fleets and left me with an easy clean up. Contingency where second and as a spiritualist they weren't that hard... Having 3 of the 4 hubs spawn in my space did cause some problems though. I wanted to get the achievement for being custodian dealing with the endgame crisis and retiring from custodian so I ended them a bit too quickly. The Prethoryns followed quickly and they have been kicking my ass. just lost about 3k fleet power for the second time after a bad engagement and they are quickly spreading... might be able to rebuild my fleets with designs just to counter them but they might just outpace me with all the bonuses they get from being the third crisis.

I'd like you to know this series is helping me through this semester.

For fallen empire to give you a gift I managed to do it with similar ethics, but you have to be technological. economically and militarily weak compared to the other empire so that they will give you a gift

I struggled with the queen achievement too In the end I generated empty tiny space and just soloed the scourge when it appeared

If you get the queen relic you can summon a prethoryn fleet and then take those to the scrapper. That is how you can get the You Monster! achievement

It would be funny if he got the galatron before 50k lol

Is the fight report not showing the results correctly or why is Ep3o so fine with losing half his fleet for a single kill? :D Whenever that happens to me I do not just brush that off.

It is fairly common in my experience for the battle reports to not accurately show enemy losses. But also at that point he was fighting a fallen empire which can't replace their ships, so any kills are good.

Honestly, i was expecting more epic and longer videos, 11 minutes for an achievement video is kinda too short
