    Been making lentil crackers similar to this recipe. I also add psyllium husk to the lentil mix, spread thin on cookie sheet and bake. They turn out pretty well - both this flatbread and the crackers are far better than store bought as I can control the amount of sodium in the recipe. Store bought are usually way too high in sodium

    Feedback! I made this for lunch today. I didn't have tofu, so instead I made it with soy granules/crumbles, the crunch from the walnuts was yummy delicious! Thanks kadzillion for sharing:)

    350 is the healthiest temp for oven cooking, especially for vegetables. 400 and above kills off enzymes and nutrients. Period. Adding back is folly. Please.

    I use to eat Tsmpeh, often, but stopped, because it is Soy. Many Melanated ppl cannot digest Soy. Asians can digest it -- all foods are not for everyone. I do appreciate your re ipez, however. I made a version of o e od your salads with Kale Sweet Potato and Roasted Chickpeas. Aded Dandelion Greens, a few Salad Greens and fresh herbs from my garden. I sautéed the Kale for 2 MI s., actually it was very low heat, so they weren't actually Sautéed. It was very good.
