Bengali's make it with raisins, cardamom, little bit of brown sugar & tempering with panch phoron (A 5 spice blend of cumin, brown mustard, fennel, nigella & fenugreek seeds). Makes it sweet & tangy. Several variations to this chutney. Thanks From San Diego. Love ur recipes:)

She probably wouldn't bother doing the content on KZread then because she wouldn't make the money on drawing people to her website - which is full of external ads.
These tomatoes would be delicious with my flank steak and broccoli wrap!!!!
How long does it keep in the fridge?

I don't understand.... Are you saying you get more of the lycopene from cooked than raw? Or are you saying you ONLY get the lycopene when cooking the tomatoes? Bc you also get it from watermelon as well. 😋 TY 💜

I just read recently from a health professional that you should cook the tomatoes a little you get more lycopene from them. I hope that helps.

You missed out one thing… the most important nutrient … light 💡… when we cook we kill the light. Biophotons are the most important of all nutrients . Raw tomatoes are actually better because their enzymes dont get destroyed also in the process of heating . When cooked they are denatured and lose the ability to sweep the colon of old debris because their charge has been diminished .

No offense to your research… I hate when tomatoes are warm, it is weirdly flavored and weird in texture. Y’all can eat that, but I’m not.

As a warm tomato lover I totally get it. Personally nothing beats the taste of a good sweet-savory tomato pasta sauce but it's the same with cooked fruit/jams, some people just really don't like it.

That would be much better if you talk about the cooking and ingredients than benefits! It is getting boring! Just saying … losing my interest
Ok 👍🏼 but I‘d peel them first
Do you ever just eat a massive bowl of fried greasy chicken and fries or is everyday grass and grains? ❤
But they are GMO in the USA. Banned in 80 countries. 😳
