As we are harvesting strawberries daily in large quantities at the moment, we will have lunch with your recipe in the next days with spinach as Kale ia out of season currently. We also love strawberries with green asparagus, it's a big trend in my country ..... ;-))

I made this recipe and it was the most amazing flavour combination I ever ate. So good! 🤤 But… my belly couldn’t cope with the mixture of fruit and vegetables. So I had a belly-ache in the middle of the night and was bloated until the next afternoon… Such a pitty! ‘Cause really; try this recipe out if you’re not sensitive like me. It is too good!! 😋😋

That looks amazing.
I’ve eaten this at least 5 times since finding this recipe last week. Ran out of strawberries after the first 3 times so substituted for blueberries. This is going to be a staple in my week. Also… where has edamame been my whole life?!
Yum!! I’m making this tonight! I also only eat organic berries of all kinds, the pesticides are out of control. Thank you!

Buy organic and even then soak them in a water and vinegar bath along with other fruits for 30 minutes. Rinse, pat dry and store in glass bottles in the fridge.

From what I've discovered you can usually eat all the parts of a fruit plant thats edible. For example raspberry and blackberry leaf tea both have very healthful ingredients. Also the seeds of everything are highly beneficial, like apricot seeds a known killer of can-cer, along with apple seeds, grape seeds, plum seeds cherry seeds etc.. Also like hawthorn berries and hawthorn leaf tea. Also like damdelion flowers roots and leaves. So i believe if you can eat one part of it it seems that the rest of it is high beneficial too. Weve just been taught to eat from supermarkets instead of our gardens.
