Do you account for the increased protein requirements for males? Also do you account the person's weight into the calculation for this being enough protein?

just make a bigger portion ! it's a side salad ! 🙄 Does ANYONE actually need to take into account 'your 'weight or any of the other billions of people on the planet... when they produce a recipe...wtf! OR the fact that you are a "male" ....😂 Go into the learning mode and actually find the channel and act accordingly to your own needs that you should have researched for yourself. 🤔

Doing the math, it looks like that salad is only about 15 grams of protein. It’s not terrible, but for a meal I would never go so low on the protein. If protein is a priority and you are designing the meal with only whole foods (avoiding even tofu), you have to choose your ingredients somewhat carefully to optimize. Cabbage is a relatively low protein vegetable (low calorie too, but it takes up a lot of volume). Tahini is pretty low in protein for the calorie content so devoting almost half of the meals calories to tahini also seems like a loss (hemp hearts have a lot more protein for the calories while also providing more omega 3 fatty acids and both are equally overpriced so no reason to favor tahini). Overall, if it were me I would reduce the fat a bit to allow more protein for the same calories or I would incorporate more protein rich foods for a higher calorie content overall. I would also mess with the ratio of ingredients to favor the higher protein items.

How long do cut up vegetables last in the fridge? I heard around 3 days only. I took a gamble yesterday and cut up all my vegetables and hope they won’t go bad before I use them. Prepping several vegetables (washing, cleaning, cutting, etc) is a pain and so time consuming, I don’t want to do it every single day, every single meal. 🍽️ Help! What’s an efficient route?

Depends on the vegetable, but yeah, they break down much faster the smaller they get. Whole is slower than chopped; Chopped is slower than minced. If there’s dressing ON it, even faster. Put dressings at bottom and hardest, driest veg in next. Chopped greens (lettuces, spinach) farthest away from the moisture. Kale can handle a little more, it’s not as delicate.

So if you have high fibre you need more water and then you need more salts. Whole-grains makes you more full which is no optimal for peak sports performance.
