Im sorry to hear that. A friend of mine with ms became convinced that carnivore diet could cure or greatly help her condition. I tried to convince her that she needed to stay vegan. She went ahead anyway, and much to my shock, in a matter of a month had reduced her symptoms by 80%, and is still improving. I didn't know what to say to her. It seems crazy, but i wont deny what ive seen. An open mind is important to have, we all have our biases. Please look into this. My understanding is that ms is functionally an autoimmune disease. Curiously, all autoimmune disease disappears when plants are eliminated. I cant abide this method, but her overall health has been transforming in an astonishing way. Her face radiates health. Im tempted.

If i was in your shoes, i would take the chance that i might be wrong. Please don't misunderstand me, im trying to be respectful, but also helpful. Working as a GP myself I take off my hat for this man, his attitude, his clear words, his speech and his charisma! I give information like that everyday to my patients (in 10 minutes;)) and I know they understand. But at least here in GER, where health insurance is mandatory for everyone it seems like people have given away the responsibility for their lives because they "pay insurance" to cover an unhealthy lifestyle. Giving an example: after a newly diagnosed Diabetes they listen to the, by me, recommended lifestyle changes that could prevent a lot of the upcoming consequential damages. Then I'd guess about 50% of the patients are willing to change their lifestyle, while the other 50% from the beginning on want pills and continue as usual - because they see the responsibilty for their health somewhere "outsourced" in a monthly paid insurance. Of the 50% initially trying to change their nutritional habits, about 30-40% fail after the first 1-2 years. Only around 10% (and that's an optimistic guess!) really stick to lifestyle changes, and even with initially tremendously bad laboratory results they manage to get along with no, or very very little pharmacological aid (at least in the case of Diabetes). Don't get me wrong, regarding my own lifestyle I'm surely no saint, but for ethical reasons I haven't eaten meat or fish the last 25 years, living vegan about 8 years now (not fully strict, especially when I'm invited, but I don't buy any animal products). Less of everything surely would save us alot of our "luxury" diseases.

There was a time in the 80s when the price of meat escalated 25% in a very short time, and I decided to reduce my consumption of meat over the course of two years, then began on my quest as a vegetarian, and have been one for 40 years, and at 77, I look at least 20 years younger, am an extreme walker, meaning anually walking between 4200 to 6400 kilometers a year, whereas my car barely gets in 200 km. I buy only fresh fruits and seasonal vegetables, cook everything fresh, bake my own breads, and avoid all processed and packaged foods. I know what goes into everything I eat, including having quality control. Several of my ancestors lived to be a ripe old age, and I'm looking to do the same, enjoying life everyday.

She had 8 kids, 5 miscarriages between those pregnancies, she smoked , drank, ate cheese, ice cream, carbs, etc. There are nutritional deficiencies with a vegetarian diet like low iron absorption as it’s non heme iron and your body can’t absorb it as well, B-12 deficiency, gut issues , etc. So again there are some flaws here. I agree with the exercise, smoking, and drinking alcohol.

👚THE GOSPEL OF THE WORD OF ALMIGHTY GOD "the last age in which God is saving man from the imminent destruction of this old world" (These things must be spoken directly and clarified for the sake of human understanding, or man will not be freed from Satan's influence. The ways that Satan corrupts people only on a superficial level; Even worse are the deceptions that hide under this outward form that Satan uses to achieve his goal. What is this scam? Forced occupation--this gives a very strong effect. (And makes a tempting offer, and this is lying.) Is lying not the same as fraud? The purpose of lying is actually to deceive you! Are there any other scams? (It tempts, harms, blinds and deceives) (it controls man, holds man, frightens man greatly and prevents man from believing in God.) What does this mean by "coercion"? This means using threats and coercive tactics to force you to comply with it making you think about what might happen if you don't comply. What does "fraud and trickery" entail? Satan makes up several stories and lies, tricking you into believing them. It will do everything to achieve its goals. Sometimes it does you a little favor, while it entices you to sin. If you don't obey it, it will torment you and punish you, and it will use various methods to attack you and trap you. The sixth is destruction of body and mind. Which part of man does Satan destroy? (Man's mind and whole being) Satan destroys your mind, deprives you of the ability to resist, which means your heart slowly turns to Satan when you least expect it. This is where Satan dwells, seizing and devouring them. 🙏) Almighty God said WHAT THINGS must be spoken DIRECTLY and clarified for the SAKE of MAN'S UNDERSTANDING, or MAN will NEVER be freed from SATAN'S influence. The WAYS SATAN CORRUPTS PEOPLE are just the SUPERFINE layer; Even WORSE are the deceptions hiding UNDER this OUTER form that SATAN USES to ACHIEVE his PURPOSE. ☀️ WHAT IS THIS SCAM? Mix them together: (It deceives, seduces and intimidates) (It also uses sweet language. When--it influences and forcibly conquers the People.) Forced conquest----this gives a very strong effect . (And makes a tempting offer, and it lies.) Lying is one of the things it does. SATAN LIES to DECEPT you. WHAT is NATURAL LYING? Is LYING NOT the SAME as FRAUD? 😥 The purpose of lying is actually to deceive you! Are there any other scams? (It tempts, harms, blinds and deceives) (it controls the person, holds the person, scares the person very much and prevents the person from believing in God.)🌹🙏🌷 There are SIX MAIN DECEPTIONS that SATAN USES to CORRUPT PEOPLE. The FIRST is control and coercion. That is, Satan will do everything he can to control your heart. ☀️ WHAT DOES "force" MEAN? This MEANS USING THREATENING and FORCING TACTICS to FORCE you to COMPLY with it you THINK about what could HAPPEN if you DON'T OBEY. You are afraid and do not dare to oppose it, so you submit to it. 🌹🙏🌷 The SECOND is fraud and trickery. WHAT does "fraud and trickery" have to do with it? SATAN MAKES UP SOME STORIES and LIES, TRICKING you into BELIEVING them. The THIRD is forced indoctrination. What is forced to teach the People? Is forced indoctrination done by the will of the People? (No) Even if you don't agree, there's nothing you can do. SATAN DOCTRINES you WITHOUT you KNOWING it, IMPRESSING his THINKING, his LIFE POLICIES and his SPIRIT on you. The FOURTH is threats and enticements. That is, Satan uses various tricks to get you to accept it, follow it, work in its service. It WILL DO EVERYTHING to ACHIEVE its GOALS. Sometimes it gives you SMALL favors, WHILE it LEADS you to SIN. If you DO NOT FOLLOW it, it WILL TORTURE you and PUNISH you, and it WILL USE various METHODS to ATTACK you and TRAP you. 🙏🌹🙏 The fifth is deception and paralysis. "Deception and paralysis" is Satan's construction of certain sounding words and ideas to suit the minds of the People, to make it seem as if it takes into account the physical condition of their lives and tomorrow, when the truth is it isits only purpose is to deceive you. Then it paralyzes you so that you do not know what is right and what is wrong, so you are deceived without knowing it and come under its control. The sixth is the destruction of body and mind. Which part of man does Satan destroy? (Man's mind and whole being) SATAN DESTROYES your MIND, REMOVES you of the ABILITY to RESIST, which MEANS your HEART will slowly TURN against SATAN when you least expect it. 😢 It instills these things in you every day, every day using these ideas and cultures to influence and deceive you, slowly destroying you, so that you no longer want to stand up for what you call righteousness. You don't realize it, you don't have it anymore KEEPING SWIMMING AGAINST the CURRENT, INSTEAD of just WAITING for it. "Destruction" MEANS that SATAN TORTURES people so MUCH that they BECOME SHADOWS of THEMSELVES, NO LONGER PEOPLE. This is where SATAN LIVES, CHOKING and SWALLOWING THEM. 🙏 Each of these tricks that Satan uses to CORRUPT MAN can take away man's power to fight; any of these are DEADLY to PEOPLE. Simply put, whatever Satan does and whatever trickery he uses can weaken you under SATAN'S CONTROL and SUBMERGE you in a MASSAGE of EVIL and SIN. These are the DECEPTIONS that SATAN USES to CORRUPT PEOPLE. What are the consequences of Satan's corruption of the People? What corrupt dispositions do they express and reveal? (PRUDENCE and PRIDE, SELFISHNESS and DISGUSTINGNESS, BADNESS and DECEPTION, CRUELTY and MALICUS, and COMPLETE INHUMANITY.) 😪 In sum, we can say that they have no personality. In summary, the things that stand out the most about corrupt humanity are ARROGANCE, DECEPTION, MALICIOUSNESS, and SELF-CONFIDENCE. 😪 However, you all missed one thing. PEOPLE have NO CONSCIENCE, LOST their RIGHTEOUSNESS and have NO HUMANITY----YET there is ONE who does VERY IMPORTANT THING you DIDN'T MENTION, that is, "betrayal" 😢😢 The FINAL CONSEQUENCE of these DISPOSITIONS that EXIST in ANY person the MOMENT they are CORRUPTED by SATAN is their BETRAYAL to GOD. 🙏 From "The Word Appears in the Flesh" Fulfillment of (John 1:1) and (Ezekiel 2:9-10), (Rev. 19:9,13) 📥Calling and leading everyone to His lowered Kingdom or Church because it is still standing on earth in the holy place in the air/ youtube "THE CHURCH OF ALMIGHTY GOD 💐 this is the fulfillment of what He said to Peter 2,000 years ago, recorded in (Matthew 16:18'19). This is the the only Church of each one of our spirit that we must listen to or eat and drink like how we eat, dress and sleep every day so that He can guide us and change us by rejecting the evil attached by satan so as to be perfect, having attained eternal life that will enter the coming replacement of the New Heaven and New Earth. 📩 Note📩 Almighty God said, Life in the Kingdom is the life of people and God Himself. Humanity depends on My care and precaution, and all are engaged in fighting the great red dragon to the death. In order to win this last battle, and to end the great red dragon, all people must offer Me their entire being, for My Kingdom. When I say "KINGDOM", I mean it is the life lived under the protection of divinity, where all humanity I constantly guide, I teach directly, so that the life of all humanity, although in world is as if it were in heaven, the true spirit of life in the third heaven . 🙏

@@michelle_cen Thank YOU, Michelle! Your energy is so beautiful. This gives me so much hope for the future. Yes, I decided to never eat meat again at age 4, so I had eaten a bit of meat before that, not knowing it. When I found out that certain foods were made of dead animals, I said I never wanted to eat those foods ever again. I am forever grateful for my parents to allow me to eat vegetarian, while the whole family (parents, siblings, grandparents) ate omniverous. Later my sister also became vegetarian at age 9. And now, decades later, almost the whole family eats vegan, and my mother regrets she didn't start earlier. It is thanks to internet, and people like you, Chris, Dr. John Scharffenberg, Dr. Michael Greger, and many others, that we all learn that it is not only possible to survive eating vegetarian/vegan, but that it is also the best diet to thrive!

Meat is NOT the problem. The problem is sugar -sucrose (glucose and fructose) and refined carbs that get turned into glucose.

The problem with you is all the people you studied from Esselstyn, McDougall, Pritikin etc. none of them have any credentials or Ph.D in nutrition with awards, honors or Nobel Prize in this related field. It is best to only get diet advice from a real Ph.D in nutritional biochemistry with awards and honors and or a Nobel Prize with a long term track record of being completely right such as Roger J. Williams, Fred Kummerow, George H. Whipple, William Parry Murphy, Edward Adelbert Doisy, Albert Szent-Gyorgi, Frederick Gowland Hopkins, Zheng Ji, all 8 would say that single ingredient meat, poultry, fish and eggs are good for you in moderation and that dairy is ok in small amounts if you like it and are not allergic to it but a human is an omnivore and they should still consume a balanced diet in the 4 basic food groups.

I am employed by a company and I have been there for a while, as the years past by, people die and out of respect for the deceased person the company will put up a Memorial with a photograph. I have noticed that out of all the people there, I have never seen an Asian individual die prematurely during their working years. There are many of them working with me and I asked them about it. They do eat meat, beef, fish, turkey, pork, chicken and they do eat a lot of vegetables, fermented or not, and different teas without sugar and on occasion alcohol. My friend is from South Korea and we have spoken about this extensively as we are now “getting up in age”. He said “ we don’t concern ourselves with living a long life, but we eat in such a way that promotes it.” His grandfather died at 104 years old, his mother and father are both in their 90’s.

No one was and is even remotely close to vegetarianism. What they all have in common, though, is an optimistic and cheerful attitude. My own Granda lived over 90 enjoying animal fat. No one overindulged, of course. I get suspicious when somebody is so zealous in promoting something, because it's obviously not the solution that is one and only.
