    Man that looks nice. My pour building had No insulation in it so I'm getting condensation dripping down on the OSB ceiling . I will have to take my ceiling down and do something. I saw a KZreadr talk about a product that can be spayed on the bottom on the tin roof that stop condensation from forming.

    Thank you 🙏🏾. Yea a vapor barrier is definitely needed at the minimum. I wanted to do spray foam insulation but it was too expensive for me at the time.

    I have a cabinet shop. One of my guys came up with this idea a few years back. It’s simple and ingenious. Better and faster than any clamps we’ve ever used. Best way to achieve this with any style front is by using double sided tape. Simply close the box and set front against box. Double sided tape holds it in place while you open the drawer and install set screws. For inset fronts we use a quarter and bottom four corners to achieve even reveal. Overlay are set by sight. Hope this helps someone out. It sure does us.

    Did you run into issues such as speed difference between edge band feeder and board feeder.?

  • @NolanBuilt
    @NolanBuilt2 ай бұрын

    No the speed of the edge band is controlled by the board rolling up against a roller that is attached to a belt that is attached to the edge band dispenser. They basically all work off of each other.
