Mr. Cool DIY Installation

In this video I am installing a Mr. Cool DIY 36K BTU heating and air conditioner unit to my shop. My shop is 24ft by 40ft about 960 square feet. The peak of the ceiling is 16ft which adds more cubic space to heat and cool. The Mr. Cool 36k BTU is rated for 1,500 square feet but I assumed that my extra ceiling height and roll up garage would require a little extra to keep up.

How is it working in the cold I have a house that is 1700 sqft and have been looking at MR COOL.

its doing ok for the shop. keeps the shop between 58 and 68 degrees during 28 to 48 degree weather. but i have a ton of air leaks with the garage door and the walls not being finished yet.

@@NolanBuilt yeah my place is in the Sierra Nevadas at 4300 elevation and it has a bunch of leaks that I’m getting sorted.
