I'll have to try that herb combination. I always do lemon pepper. One trick I have found with the seasonings is to put them on in the morning and let sit in the fridge. It gives time for the salt to dissolve. 🙂

These are extraordinary! Better than See's by far. I buy white and dark ghiridelli melting wafers and make half batch white and half batch chocolate. Very good both ways!! I made them last year for little gifts for my neighbors but ended up making another batch due to my need to sample soooo many! Thanks for easy, amazing recipe. It's a keeper! 😋

Hello Neighbour, Could you tell me the Model # for your Apple Peeler….I purchased one a while back on Amazon and when trying to peel my apples, the looped blade would grab a chunk of apple and not evenly peel and slice the apples…it created a lot of waste of apples….so I returned it back to Amazon… your apple pie looks delicious! Thanks for the information….
@rlpconsultantdietitian16268 ай бұрын
I have a "Back to Basics" brand apple-potato peeler. Likely from the stone ages! I do have to have to adjust the peeling blade at times by loosening the thumb screw. This lets you take off less or more peel. Hope this helps!!

Why not use REAL whip cream, so much better than Cool Whip?
@rlpconsultantdietitian16269 ай бұрын
You sure could do that. The trouble is is may not be thick enough and won't hold up as well. You could stabilize it first, however, with gelatin, then I bet it would be super!

1 ½ pound ground beef (I used half ground beef, half ground pork) 2/3 cup breadcrumbs 1 cup milk 2 eggs ¼ c grated onion 1 tsp salt ½ tsp pepper ½ tsp sage ½ tsp thyme Topping: (this is double the original recipe as we love it!) ½ cup ketchup ¼ cup brown sugar 2 tsp ground mustard 1/2 tsp nutmeg Place ground beef and pork in mixing bowl. In another bowl or 2 cup measuring cup, add milk, breadcrumbs, eggs and mix well. Pour milk mixture onto meat and mix just until combined. Overmixing can make the meatloaf less tender. Bake 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and add sauce and spread over the top. Return to oven for around 25 more minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees. This is so great as a leftover, either reheated or cold in a sandwich.
