Equal Parts:
Red Fruit Punch
Blue Powerade or Gatorade (no G2 or Zero)
7-up Zero Sugar or Sprite Zero Sugar
Tall clear glass full of ice
Be sure your glass is full of ice- that is the key.
Also need to pour the blue Powerade or Gatorade s l o w l y !!!
Top off with the 7 up and enjoy!
