PB Banana & Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie

PB Banana & Oatmeal Breakfast Cookie
2 bananas, very ripe
¼ cup natural peanut butter (regular is fine too)
¼ tsp vanilla
1 cup old fashioned oats
½ tsp cinnamon
Dash salt
Optional: chocolate chips, craisins, etc.
Mash bananas well in small bowl, add peanut butter and mix well.
Stir in vanilla.
In separate bowl, mix oats, cinnamon, and salt.
Add pb and banana mixture and stir until well mixed.
Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place parchment on cookie sheet and scoop cookies onto sheet.
Flatten with spatula.
Bake 15-18 minutes.
Enjoy!
1 cookie contains 4 g dietary fiber and 4 g protein.

    They are, Teresa, and you should try them. Not too sweet and go great with a tall glass of cold milk or cup of hot coffee or tea!
