There are quite a few different practices in this mini session. Which section are you referring to? Happy to assist
whats the breath count? 4-4-4 ? tried to follow but cant keep up my adhd brain lol
There are a few different practices in this mini session. Which section of breathwork are you asking about? The box breath? If so, choose a count length that works for you and attempt to keep it even and consistent. For example, a 4 count box breath would be: 4 count inhale 4 count holding of the breath in 4 count exhale 4 count holding of the breath out Visualize a box and each breath is a side of the box. Hope that’s helpful!

Hi Kirsten! I recently started watching your videos to help with anxiety, and I've found them really helpful and calming. I noticed that there's a background sound in this video that sounds like a heartbeat. At first, I thought it was my own heartbeat, which had me feeling more anxious. When I paused the video, I realized it was coming from the video itself. I just wanted to share this feedback with you in case you think removing that sound could make future videos even more helpful for people dealing with anxiety. I hope you don't mind me mentioning this-I really appreciate the effort you put into creating content that helps others. Thank you for all that you do!
Thanks for mentioning it! Yes I have had people mention it, and many people enjoy the calming sound and connection of that heartbeat but I understand everyone may have a different reaction to it. I often wear my mic on my chest so sometimes it pics up that sound and I don't have much control in that case. I can see how I might be able to remove it in the future. But thank you for your note and glad to hear you enjoy my videos.
