If my right hip is the higher hip. which leg should be the one being lifted from the ground?

Hi Anna, I am not sure what you are specifically asking. If you have one hip that is higher than the other I would recommend getting an assessment with a professional that can determine the root cause of your discrepancy in alignment. This could be due to a few different things. This corrective exercise is for helping with a few different things but it is important to be assessed by a professional first to determine what your needs are. I hope this helps.

Many of the videos on my channel are used as demo videos not necessarily follow along videos as they are used in my online programming in which I specify which side to do for an individual. I encourage you to use the videos and do which side is necessary for your individual needs. Hope that is helpful!
