  Do you HAVE to use buttermilk? Can you use regular milk or does it change the whole recipe? I ask only because I don't care for the taste of buttermilk.

  If you don’t like the taste of buttermilk just use plain milk, but add 1 tbsp lemon juice so the texture is the same!

  @bakeitsimple A classic choice, to be sure! I've lately followed your recipe and procedure to a T (save that I didn't make them wookies... haha), and the resulting cookies are wonderful! Mine came out slightly higher and less spread out than yours, but they baked up in the same time. Thank you so much- We had them with hojicha (a roasted Japanese tea, which can also be had on @mazon), and it paired great! 😁👍👍

  Beautiful recipe which I will make and I loved the music. Thank you. I have never made bread in my life. I don't have a stand mixer and know regular bread requires yeast and proofing and all. Probably why I never attempted to make it. This looks great.

  You can reduce the sugar by half… but I find it balances the whole bread

  This is a quick bread. Why all the extra ingredients (eggs, sugar, milk etc)? Where’s the yeast? This is close to how I make banana nut bread.

  *WARNING* You probably shouldn’t put peanut butter containers in the microwave. I was doing something silly for a video but it’s not something I would generally do. You can get burned, ruin your microwave with melted plastic, and potentially injest hazardous material. Anyways thanks for watching!

  It’s not to sweet, I think it just balances the whole bread. But if you want you can reduce h ph e sugar by half…

  I really like this type of bread. I have a tiny recipe book from 1970's with similar recipes, but not a rye one! Definitely will bake this tomorrow. Thank you for teaching this generation there's a lot of variety in breads.

If you want to eat microplastic and melted plastic and poison yourself so bad that's your call but don't encourage people to do it on the internet especially when you yourself admit that what you're doing is unsafe

'I was being sarcastic' when it's very much not understandable because it's just a two-word answer and not only that you answer the question very plainly so no you are not sarcastic you are answering a question and being truthful about it -about you doing something stupid and putting it on the internet , 2. people can make their own judgment on what to put in the microwave - yeah they can but being an influencer and putting that wrong and very harmful information on the Internet is giving enticement to people to do the same stupid s*** you are showing them. You are trying very hard to be correct when you are very wrong and trying very hard to also not take the responsibility of putting something online that is and can be harmful ,you should have just said "yeah this is not smart thing to do " and put notice on the video that this is not recommended and if you want to do it it's your own responsibility to make sure that you can do it or just be extremely careful but, you didn't do any of those and you keep trying to dodge responsibility for your stupid- possibly harmful actions . it's really not that hard to take responsibilities for what you do and even more so especially when you claim you are teaching people to make stuff easy and that's the name of your channel ,when you are doing something stupid people are going to assume that it's okay even when this is very not. seriously just be responsible, don't show and tell people to do something that is reckless and can be stupid without any warnings and information and then put it on the internet .
