Today we’re making an easy and tasty treat.
These ginger scones can be served as dessert, or an afternoon snack with some coffee… anyway you eat them, you WILL LOVE THEM!
This recipe is special so I hope you give it a try.
Ingredients
2 cups flour
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/4 cup cold butter
1/2 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg
240 grams flour
50 grams white sugar
10 grams baking powder
2 grams baking soda
2 grams cinnamon
1 gram ginger
56 grams cold butter
118 ml buttermilk
85 grams molasses
1 egg
Milk for brushing tops
Sugar for sprinkling
