Today we’re making the queen of cookies…
Macadamia white chocolate chip cookies.
These taste like the ones you get from Subway (well maybe better!)
Ingredients
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup macadamia nuts
1 cup white chocolate chips
227 grams butter
190 grams brown sugar
2 eggs
2 ml almond extract
5 ml vanilla
300 grams flour
5 grams baking powder
3 grams salt
149 grams macadamia nuts
175 grams white chocolate chips
Instructions-
1. Cream together the butter and sugar until pale and fluffy
2. Add the eggs 1 at a time, beating after each addition
3. Add the vanilla and almond extract
4. Add the flour, baking powder, salt
5. Gently stir until flour is just combined
6. Fold in the nuts and chocolate
7. Scoop tbsp portion onto a tray and chill in fridge for an hour, or until form
8. Place 2 tbsp apart on baking tray and bake at 350*f for 14 minutes
9. Remove from tray and enjoy!
