They were so lovely, thanks for sharing! I put the dough in the fridge for an hour, then baked them at 200 Celsius in my electric oven for 12 minutes and they game out absolutely perfect.

Just a little tip on the side: don’t put your bananas on other fruit. The reason not to store bananas with other fruit is that the ripening bananas emit a lot of ethylene gas and will cause the other fruit to spoil more quickly. 💖

Also another tip wrap clingfilm around the tip of the bananas (where they bunch together) it stops them from going off so quickly it slows them right down.

Just made these cookies (but didn't have any macadamia nuts lying around so I just made them into chocolate chip cookies instead) and they were bomb!! Followed the instructions (thank you for writing down the measurements in grams! Real life saver!) Crispy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Best cookies I've made so far. Might have to reduce the amount of white sugar in there for a bit for myself the next time as it's a little too sweet for me. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us, love!

Have you tried it both ways, per the recipe and woth the browned butter? Was there a definite difference in tye flavour? I love browned butter cookies but my son wants the traditional subway cookies
