Love how you leave your mistakes in. You’re right...humans make mistakes, and that’s ok. Always good to learn from them, correct them if you can, and try not to make the same one again. That’s life.

I made these yesterday, but I substituted butterscotch chips for the white chocolate (as I'm not a white chocolate fan). I have to say Ohhhh Myyyyy Gawd! SO delicious! One of my fave old recipes is an “angel cookie” with white choc & dried apricots. Haven’t made for yrs, probably cream cheese also. I like how the apricots balance the sweetness. These look fab of course. Might try with salted nuts...
