1/2 cup sugar
1 1/3 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup frosting
1 drop blue food colouring
3 tbsp chocolate chips

100 grams sugar
160 grams flour
2 grams baking powder
3 grams salt
1 cup frosting
1 drop blue food colouring
33 grams chocolate chips
