Today we’re making…Italian Easter Cookies!
These are a soft and cakey cookies that are filled with the flavour of lemon.
It’s honestly a perfect spring dessert!
Ingredients~
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1 egg
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 tsp lemon juice

56 grams butter
50 grams sugar
1 egg
Juice/ zest of one lemon
180 grams flour
3 grams salt
5 grams baking powder
60 grams icing sugar
5 ml lemon juice
