Today we’re making a microwave cheesecake… it only has 5 ingredients!
Anyone can make it, and everyone will love it.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups graham crumbs
1/4 cup butter -melted
12 ounces cream cheese
2 eggs
1/3 cup maple syrup
150 grams graham crumbs
56 grams butter - melted
340 grams cream cheese
2 eggs
103 grams maple syrup
Instructions-
1. In a bowl combine the crumbs and melted butter. Pour into ungreased pie plate and microwave for 2 minutes. Let sit while preparing filling.
2. Beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the eggs one at a time.
3. Add the maple syrup, and combine well. Pour into the crust and cover with wax paper.
4. Microwave for 10 minutes, the center will be a little soft.
5. Remove wax paper, and chill. Enjoy and subscribe for more easy recipes!
