@@brendaplunkett8659, Biscoff Cheesecake is made from the cookie and the spread. The cookies are crushed and mixed with butter for the crust. The spread is mixed with the cream cheese mixture and placed on the crust. More spread is added to the top as a frosting mixture. That part is optional.

These turned out so well!! I had to make my own cashew cream substitute for the heavy cream and I even made cream cheese! It was quite a process but they tasted amazing. Thanks for the vid!

Made the Oreo one. Tastes great. Good proportions! Hate when recipe’s have more cream cheese and tastes too tangy. Ended up doubling the recipe and making layered dessert with the filling. I included layers of crushed Oreo, the Oreo cheesecake filling, chocolate ganache & whipped cream

I tried this last night and it was amazing so did my mum and she loved it ❤ keep up the good work ❤

Omg the moment you mentioned a classic NY style cheesecake I got SUCH a craving for it

I just made this and they are really easy and delicious. I dipped short bread cookies as my crust and topped with amerano cherries in syrup. I feel if I made this for someone they would be thoroughly impressed. Thank you for this recipe.
