I made the brownie and the cookie dough and I can’t stop eating it!! Well done Emma!! My whole family loves it!
Preheat 250'C, roll out dough , transfer to hot pan acc to size , cook a side, oil the ends, medium, 2 min , assemble and put in oven , Out in oven 3 min to let the top cook Bake for 5 min

You write no oven and what is than that? 😲😲...no oven lol🤣🤣 Then you can make it in the oven or just in a pan. I always make my Pizza in a pan without an oven.The cheese melts without an oven if you put the lid on it

What an awesome recipe. I had to adjust quantities a bit for the US, as a cream cheese package only weighs 452g here. But it turned out fabulous! I used gluten-free graham crackers for the crust so that my wife could also eat it. Everyone loved it! Thanks, this recipe is a keeper! And so easy!

Thank you! I now understand a few more details about the process..however; if we leave it overnight in the refrigerator, Do I need to stretch and fold again the next day or just transfer it to the tray and wait until it is able to stretch and form bubbles again?… and then continue as you shown on the tray.

Every time I do that last stretch and fold before transferring to the pan, I seem to loose all the air immediately on the first stretch and fold. Any tips? You make it look so easy in the video. Just coercing the dough from the side of the bowl deflates it before I can even stretch and fold it. You don't mention it in the video, but are you greasing the bowl before the fridge rise at some point?
