Timing of this video is perfect. Just started a no-sugar challenge for the next while 😅 This looks amazing and I can’t wait to make one ASAP!! For those who try it in the meantime, bubbles can likely be eliminated by tapping the filled cake pan on the counter a few times. Don’t do it too hard though-you don’t wanna demolish your crust.

Emma, thanks for sharing your knowledge and expertise with us. I’m have had success with your Italian correnette recipe. One question. I’ve seem to recall when Italy that sometimes the shop keeper might take a corennette (dough?) out of the freezer/ fridge and bake fresh while I’m there. Is there a trick to this or limits on this??
