Ingredients-
3 cups flour/390 g
2 tsp yeast/ 6 g
1 cup oats/ 85 g
1 tbsp flax seeds/ 9g
1/4 cup sunflower seeds/ 30 g
1/4 cup walnuts/ 30 g
1/4 cup cranberries/ 35 g
2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups water
2 tbsp honey/ 43 g
