1/4 cup raspberry jam

180 grams flour
150 grams white sugar
14 grams baking powder
3 grams salt
Zest of one lemon
59 ml lemon juice
118 ml water
1 egg
118 ml oil
15 ml vanilla
18 grams meringue powder
118 ml water
100 grams white sugar
5 ml vanilla
85 grams raspberry jam
