I do not like this format:/ I need a workout that I can follow without needing to pay attention to the screen to know what's coming up next. When the next move is verbally explained before it comes up is the best way for me, personally. It's my time to not think about anything and it's to much to juggle. So I won't be doing this workout again or any like this but regardless I love your page and have been recommending like crazy!!

Yes! I would recommend picking four days from this program based on your individual goals. If I personally were to take four days from this program I would do Lower 1, Push 1, Pull 1, Lower 2. Take the rest days whenever you would like, I’d recommend taking two rest days between lower 2 and lower 1 if you went with this split. You could also do Lower 1, Push 1, Pull 1, Lower 2 on weeks 1 and 3 and Lower 1, Push 2, Pull 2, Lower 2 on weeks 2 and 4.

First off.... WOAH! Very intense workout, while still being easy on the joints! After recovering from a 5th metatarsal fracture, and not being able to do many workouts on my feet, this kicked my butt! I'll definitely be doing more of these workouts to build my strength back in my legs and abs!

Would love to see some more 30min upper/lower/full added to the TRX playlist. I've been doing lower/upper/core/lower/upper/full and then foam roll on Sundays the past month.
