10 Minute Ab Workout | Small Ball & Mat

All you need is a mat and a ball for this quick 10 minute ab workout. If you don't have a small ball, sub a small pillow or roll up a towel. There are no built-in breaks. The entire workout is performed in a supine (on your back) position. This one is quick and to the point. The main focus of this workout is your rectus abdominals, transverse abdominals, and adductors (inner thighs). (Obliques are being worked as well). You can do this workout completely by itself or add it on to another. Let me know how it goes in the comments below : )

    Repeated today and still had to video a few times. I’m going to add this into my rotation of about 3 days a week and hope to get to the point where I don’t have to stop

    Fantastic! I love using the mini ball bc it not only helps me with muscle activation of targeted area, but it also helps me to remember to activate the muscles that are helping in the movement (i.e. the legs when doing the reverse crunches… it’s easy enough to let them be loose when my core is on fire 😅) loved this quick ab workout to add on after my run and quick arm workout i did right before. Thanks for another great workout! 🏋‍♀ feeling strong 💪 since finding your channel!
