Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    I’ve been doing the guide and loving it so far! As to the other comment, we love Lilly, her workouts, and her infectious energy but there’s nothing wrong with switching it up. I love that she’s collaborating with some awesome trainers to help make this program exciting and challenging. They have been wonderful. The whole experience has been great!

    Going to do this for two weeks straight, will update every 2-3 days. (Remind me please 🙏🏼 ) Day 1: didn’t find it quite hard before doing one of her other workouts, but will keep going Day 2&3: these workouts aren’t hard to do but you feel the burn while doing this. Looking forward to the next days Day 4: dunno what to write, it gets easier while doing this workout. Also it doesn’t make me look bloated even after I ate much, but my stomach is getting slightly more flat Didn’t do day 5 due to my period. Day 6-12: sorry I forgot to update🤦🏼‍♀️ So Ive been doing this workout while combining this with my other workouts and this has helped to define my lower abs little more and im starting to see slight change, still have ahead two days to go, so I will update ☝🏻 Final: like I mentioned in the last days, this workout has helped me shape my lower abs and helps get rid of that stubborn belly fat, I would recommend this workout

    actually, i really wanted to start, but i was afraid because the exercises were quite challenging, but after trying the first exercise, i don't know how to describe the burning and comfort there, it's great!!     I feel every muscle after your workouts and it’s like a Jedi mind trick because when I go to eat, even reaching for the snacks I can feel my abs, so it helps make healthier choices because I don’t want to hinder my progress 😅 I’ve been on a big fruit and veggie kick instead of bagged chips !
