28 Minute Hip and Low Back Mobility Flexibility and Stretch Routine | Hips, Legs, Back, Shoulders
Grab a mat for this 28 minute mobility, flexibility, and stretch routine. We combine dynamic and static stretches during today's routine. The main focus will be the hip flexors and low back. We also hit the muscles surrounding those areas as well like the hamstrings, quadriceps, and shoulders. If at any time the stretch feels too much, back out of it and decrease the range of motion.
