  Animal nurse here, one of the last clients of my vet clinic internship was a French bulldog who needed two other nurses to hold her so she wouldn't bite off my fingers when I took off her IV (◕▿◕✿) same dog also loved having the intubation pipe because it was the first time in her life she could breathe... Normal dogs need the pipe to be taken out the moment they start to wake up because it annoys them, not flat faced dogs tho... They will literally sit up fully awake just happy they can breathe

  What I miss about my beagle today: He would bark at every stray cat he saw (wanting to make friends of course) and the crows figured out that the barking scared the cats away. So the crows started barking as they walked up my neighbor's driveway to steal food from her save-a-stray bowls. They still use this precaution, every day. And at night, the mocking bird insists on using the special whistle I had for Cooper to call him in. Every time that damn bird sees me he uses that whistle. As if to say, "Where's the big guy?" Even the birds loved my dog. He was too good for me.🥲

  Haha. When our German shepherd Alma had puppies she didn't let grandma closer than 5 meters to the door ahah and she knew her! Just coz grandma is not family I imagine robber would just die, poor creature. P.S. Alma is a working dog, in narcotics department...
