The bag I bought at eastlisa cost $185, which is of better quality than the one I bought at a friend's place for $600 before!

The whole point of wealth for me is freedom. My magic number in my mind is 5 million needed at 65 to not worry about anything. Am i better off investing a good portion of my income into stocks or saving my earnings to achieve this goal?

Varied sources of income is wise and especially living within your means. My net worth is $2M and I can pay my bills with no stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.

Money advice varies depending on individual circumstances, but planning is essential. I began working at 19 and bought my first home at 28. When I was laid off at 36 during the COVID outbreak, I consulted an advisor to manage my finances, and now I'm just 25% away from my $1 million goal thanks to strategic investments.

I know you are against logos but what about classic brown LV luggage? Assuming you'll say no but just want to check. I have an entire set of Rimowa and it is so beat up. I got it because I liked it, but also because it's "classier" and less attention grabbing. I have friends who've carried their LV cabin size luggage for YEARS and even with the wear and patina still looks great while mine looks dented up and tired.

Yes, whoever invites on dates should pay. However, there is a lot of women that never want to pay for anything in 2024! We don't live in the 50s anymore, everything is so expensive for a man to carry all of the load. Aren't Divorces 50/50? If a man is rich then why not pay for everything it wont hurt, but if your parter is struggling help him out financially.

Thank you Anna for sharing, I did a similar method too with depression & anxiety a couple years back; and listening to you open up made me realise, I suppose it also applies to other situations too, like weight management, dealing with stressors, etc. I’ll bear this thought in mind as I think it’s helpful.

We are a big baseball family, so in the Summer we live at the ballpark or in the vehicle because we're driving to ballparks.. My SO plays amateur baseball and we have teens and pre-teens in youth baseball. I like these new versa totes for carrying all the things. They're simple, chic and wipe clean easily, not to mention they are thick and well-structured bags. However, I never know what to wear. I opted to making my own fan shirts this year so I could choose a cap sleeve top that was more flattering for my figure, now that i have the ability to do so. Do you think a simple sandal like Birkenstocks and maybe an ironed, not wrinkled, linen crop pants? I often see the other wives wearing jean shorts and a team fan tee and sometimes a baseball cap. I want to elevate my look, but nothing too "noticeable". Thanks for any advice!

Firstly, men want sex. If a man wanting that approaches you online - just say no. There's no need to shame him. Most men approaching online want a partner. They are not interested in manipulating or abusing you. Women need to understand that they're not enough of the men they want and if they are online, they won't be there long or they want you for sex. Understand, that that is a situation you created. And if average, decent guys are not good enough, then get used to being disappointed and stop complaining.

Would sides covered and open middle elongate feet? like maybe a cage heel with covered sides and strings in the middle or an ankle boot with an open V (or something like a front zipper) Are the first 2 too out of style?

I think the issue with people these days, is that most have lost their identity. Some consume so much social media, that they forget who they actually are. And when individuals lose their identity, its easier for external factors to assign one to them. So, we have mobs going against one thing, or the other, because they don't know where they fit, and try desperately to find a place in society. Or, as Anthony Hopkins said (I find myself thinking about this way too often): "We live in a packaging culture that despises the content." Sad times. 😕

Totally disagree. Some of these older perfumes have stood the test of time because they are stunning. A good mix is a good mix, nothing to do with age. What constitutes a young perfume anyway? And there are so many artificial chemically perfumes nowadays targeted at younger buyers which in my opinion smell yucky and cheap and others that smell lovely as well but it’s got nothing to do with age, it’s all about the composition of smells!

It is all about feeling good about one's own being and creation. Not about exterior values or what people expect you to be and to wear. Who decides that anyway? No projection of others needed. No examples to follow needed. I am that I am. And I have always been that way. I hope young people will see the value of being yourself one day.
