What helped me is to realize that the first step to having a dream life is to decide you want one. I was holding myself back from even mentally allowing myself to have my dream life. Now I live in New York City and have a transatlantic relationship with a Londoner. Anything is possible.

thanks for sharing this video sis. I'm 49 and One thing I learnt in life is that no matter how little, no matter the age it's never too late to get started and having the mindset that every day of your life you're evolving. Life becomes unpleasurable when you add too much pressure. I started my path to reinventing myself a year ago, I’m now living healthier, confident, stronger, making 6 figures, having leisure to enjoy family &friends. I feel happier and living my life for myself . This is to encourage someone “you can start anytime to have a reset it’s worth it! I’m striving to continue growing cus it’s a journey 💗

I cannot agree more. The other day I talked with some "friends" (with whom I no longer want to be associated) who made condescending comments on people who fled our home country due to political reasons. They said other countries only treat foreigners like beggers, one of those "friends" confirmed and said that he couldn't find a job in the UK because of his forieng-sounding name on the CV. I said that's not true, I've been teaching at a UK university and I offered to have a look at his CV (I charge £120 per CV editing job, but I offered him for free). He refused and said "You're just luckier than I am." Excuse me? Throughout my 9 years in the UK I obtained 2 Masters degrees and a PhD while working part-time to support myself. Even with my qualification, I sent 200+ applications all these years and have to keep polishing my CV and enriching it by doing things. Long story short, as Anna said, that's the difference between a loser and a winner. A loser blames everything and everyone else for their own misfortune; a winner knows what they want and work for it.

Hello girly pop, I'm also in a reinvention journey. Try setting goals for yourself, obtainable goals, for example "this month I'm going to lose 1kg" then break this goal into small steps like "I'm gonna eat less bread, I going to use the stairs or try to walk more" and so and so. As you advance you can set for yourself bigger goals. In my case my first goal is to drink 2 lt. of water everyday, may be very small, but I hate water I can be days without water, so even if it is a small setp, it is a step. Also remember that if you fail, you have to try again!

Taking out the trash, for me, has been built on my relationship with God, and renewing my mind with the help of Scripture on a daily basis. Truly, to see ourselves through God's eyes is priceless because it ends self- limiting thoughts and cast us in a flattering light, in which we are able to see ourselves favorably, without anyone else's approval. Our identities are sealed in Christ and our value comes from our Creator and Maker, allowing us to believe anything is possible through the power of the Holy SPIRIT regardless of our current situation or circumstances.

As someone who was once on a Swedish reality TV show, but wasn't THAT trashy.. I think you've improved greatly. Also me showning up on Idol several years back.. I gotta say when I said "now someone will take me seriously" were more like famous last words.. and today no one recognises me, nor do they care.. oddly enough my husband saw me on TV in an eating establishment while he was away at work.. and he said to me.. "You could have done much better".. also the reason I did it was to get his attention. Still working on that today.. and this was pre 2010.

Loving this type of content! Couple of years ago I saw some nasty posts online about you and your past, haters trying to put you down... But I'm glad you managed to turn things around by setting a good example of how a person can actually change for the better. You are a blessing. 💜

Anna Bey you are the most admirable woman on the internet!!! Thank you, deeply. I am so grateful for stumbling upon your content on my leveling-up journey. Everything you share resonates with who I am and it's so refreshing to see such an authentically elegant woman supporting other women and sharing so much about yourself and your own journey. people hide their past and you offer such inspiration by being so open and relatable. The woman you are now would intimidate so many, and by that I mean it would feel unachievable, out of reach, too much like something for "her" and not for "me". Thank you for sharing and breaking down those barriers for women, to know, if you can do it, so can they! Wow. What a gift to the world. Bless you xx

Usually what blocks us from re-inventing ourselves and living our full potential is just a simple emotion - shame, which becomes a toxic shame and convinces us that we can not do it, that this is not who we are. We are simply afraid of emotions because trying and taking action requires us to get out of our comfort zone and expose ourselves. Fortunately we can heal our toxic shame and re-program limiting beliefs about ourselves.

Hello Anna, I appreciate that you advocate for people to go therapy. It was one of two big changes that helped me immensely. That's definitely an investment but it's worth it. The second one was to participate in a big contest around my hobby. I've learned perseverance, about myself and something clicked. I didn't win any prize however, I grew incredibly as an individual. I'm a lot more confident now. I'm currently working on my personal presentation and I'm sure that by next year, I'll be completely different. The outside will match the inside 😊 Thank you for your videos!

I am always leveling up because I don’t want to stay in a place for so long that I become stagnant. Because everything is always changing, it’s so easy to become stale. I’m an at that “dangerous age” in my career - there are a lot of younger people in the market that could surpass me if I don’t stay current, but I’m too young to be able to say, “🔩 it”, and retire. This is the piece I’m working on right now, where I’m re-evaluating about what I really want, and whether I should take a leap of faith and pursue what I REALLY want to do. It’s scary, but boy I can imagine the possibilities if it goes my way….😊

Dear Anna, I need to thank you firstly for being a great friend for all of us, even if virtually, the value you added to our lives is so grand and impactful. I actually wished I received from a mom a sister or to be honest even a friend. Unfortunately, we live in a world where everyone is there to clap for anything you say or do even when they don’t agree. I am at this stage where I seriously wish I can meet 1 decent girlfriend that is also looking to improve and make a better version of herself everyday. Instead I find myself reviewing most of my connection and eliminating so many people, some that are supposedly “affluent” but with 0 self respect, responsibility, and ambitions. I seriously urge you to create a community where all your ladies that are constantly looking to better themselves can meet wether online or even in person in the different countries that they are in. I am craving interesting conversations, deep connections and classy feminine vibes that would encourage me further and inspire me to keep elevating myself. Thanks again for your amazing content and guidance and have a lovely evening 😊

Me too. It is hard to make good quality friends. Especially since all women already have their own friend groups! I couldn't keep my old friends. A few years ago I became homeless so I lost my high-school friends. And now that I made my life into something I'm proud of, I realize how much harder it is to make friends as an adult. I've made a couple of healthy friendships now. But maybe it's better that way, to have less friends and more time for myself!
