When he was 26, he was the first Japanese to appear as a female ballet dancer and guest dancer at the German Embassy Fashion Show.
Appeared as a guest dancer in the Fukuoka Asia Collection at the age of 27
In 2016, he established his unique exercise method "Rehabilitation Association" with an occupational therapist, which combines his past exercise experience with the elements of Western medical rehabilitation.
Held study sessions nationwide to convey the importance of exercise to a wide range of people, including doctors and medical professionals, as the founder
Currently runs a stretch specialty store in Osaka

Back pain develops while the pain is healed, and it becomes difficult to walk for a while.

I tried putting my palms together at the back at first and it hurts like hell then I started following those shoulder relaxing exercises and to my surprise, my muscles became loose at the end!!!can't put my palms flat together behind my back yet, but there is definitely an improvement!

I can and I am not in great shape at all, I have long arms and I think a lot has to do with it! People with shorter arms and bigger muscles will struggle with it.

I just tried and did it!!! Going to do it everyday. My back curls up naturally even though I have a straight posture when I stand and sit and I have tried everything but this was a practical video and I really feel my chest opened a lot more and my back is straight. Now it's all about consistency. Going to do it everyday. Thank you so much!!

色んな動画の 肩甲骨ストレッチやトレーニング見てきましたが 1番効果抜群かもしれないです。 最初は後ろで合掌が出来なかったけど 終わったら出来てて感動です😭 これは背中や二の腕に効くし 何より肩甲骨を柔らかく出来るので この動画を朝と夜に行いたいです😁
この動画をみて、3ヶ月程経ちますが、毎日やらないといけないくらい習慣付いてやってます。肩こり、首の疲れが解消され本当にすごいです!

仕事で右肩、腕を痛めてますがマイペースでやってみました。 結構痛く辛いですがやり終えたあとスッキリ! 腕をスムーズ上げるのが困難でしたがストレッチ後は軽く上がり驚きました。 しばらく続けてみます。 ありがとうございました。

This almost completely fixed my shoulder after doing the whole video one time. I guess it isn't a rotator cuff tear. I thought that for years. I guess it was just stiff. The other thing I thought it was was from sleeping on it. But I guess that's not true, either. The gym and weights didn't fix this problem either, nor does my rowing maching - but your video did in one try. Nice to know nothing was actually wrong all these years lol - Thank you, Yuki!

Ладошки прекрасно соединились бы и в начале комплекса 😉 хотя ни разу в жизни его не делала. Просто надо было попробовать это сделать до упражнений… хотя бы из любопытства 😁 Конечно, при ожирении этого не получится

@@user-sb4gg9vy4g очень даже получится :) У меня ожирение 2 степени и уже разменяла 5 десяток, но всегда была гибкая и до сих пор могу и руки так соединить и на шпагат сесть :) Так что тут видимо у кого то врожденное, а кому то тренировки только помогут
После урока мои ладони соединились за спиной, как у вас! Всё получается! Спасибо за очередной прекрасный урок. Часто выполняю ваши упражнения для бедер. Они очень хорошо работают, только нужно не лениться
