FYI, Tilley website says they offer lifetime guarantee for certain hats that have lifetime guarantee tag sewn in them. Not all Tilley hats have that tag. They may have a tag that is similar in shape but it does not mention a lifetime guarantee.

Are there any Tilley hats with brim size like the T4MO but 100% rainproof? the airflow vents in the T4 do water in during some heavier showers.

Excellent review, although I was a little disappointed to find that not all of them are made in Canada, The airflow hats in particular are now made in China since the company changed hands in 2018.

yes most made in China, But cost to you stays the same as before they were made in China

They give a lifetime warranty. However, when you claim the "shipping cost" of US$ 50 is more than the cost of a comparable product in Australia. A fake warranty.
