    Age: 20 (just turned a couple months ago) Male Original Height: 180.2cm (5' 11" Barefoot) Current Height: 182.5cm ~183cm. 6' 0" 🥳 I stopped doing these in September and am now officially 6 feet tall(182.0cm is recognised as it officially too). Good luck everyone Desired Height: 6' 0". (at least 182.0cm. 182.9cm to be exact). (182.0 and above I think counts officially) Been/still doing these stretches twice everyday(1 after waking, 1 before bed). From 1st July 2022. Sleep was consistently around 12 15/12 30am for July and August. Now its 11/11 30 for September so far. Week 1(7/7): 180.8cm Week 2(14/7): 181.3cm Week 3(21/7): 181.6cm Week 4(28/7): 181.8/181.9cm MONTH 1(JULY): 181.8/181.9cm(+1.0/1.1cm) Week 1(7/8): 182.0/182.1cm Week 2(14/8): 182.2cm Week 3(21/8): 182.4/182.5cm Week 4(28/8): 182.5cm MONTH 2(AUGUST): 182.5cm(+0.5/0.6cm) Week 1(8/8): 182.6/182.7cm Week 2(14/8): 182.8cm Week 3(21/8): 182.8/182.9cm Week 4(28/8): 182.8/182.9cm MONTH 3(SEPTEMBER): 182.8/182.9cm(+0.2/0.3cm) Sleep is still inconsistent at times tbh. As of any point during the day I'm at least 182.0-182.6cm which is 6 foot. :) I'll keep updating this since it might be useful to people especially so since theres not many people in the comments who post that are my age ig.

    I mean my sleep has been kinda bad. I sleep at bad times (like 2 am)with infrequent good timings (before 11pm). I slept on average though for 9 hours. in terms of vitamins I take some standard vitamins every day(I take them at night but when I fix my sleep itll be Morning) which are vitamin b and d, zinc, magnesium etc. in terms of other things I do a lot of sports primarily football (soccer in case you're American lol), and have a diet which is 35% protein 35%carbs and 30% fat, I eat around 140g protein a day.also I dont eat or drink any junk foods or cheat meals. another thing I do is I drink around 600-1000+ml of milk a day semi Skimmed.

    The stretches are really helpful, but can you please make a version with these exact stretches without you explaining how to do them. I mean to set a timer in every stretch and maybe put some music over the video so we can follow directly every one of your stretches and do repeatedly the routine. Have a wonderful day!!

    I started 3 weeks ago, I drank vitamins, slept from 9 pm to 8 am, stretched and after 1 month I grew more than 1 cm, I am 14 years old and I am 5'1, my goal is 5'4 this stretch really helped me alot. Make sure to drink milk and vitamins everyday

    I loved these stretches, very easy but for some, I didn’t really feel my back included but hopefully it was. Great job Pepper and I will definitely do these every day and reply at the end of summer to see how tall i’ve grown. Once again, GREAT JOB!!, right now, ( 13 years old, 5”6 ).     Im a 16.5 year old Filipino and I really want to be a professional basketball player. Current Height: 179.4 CM Mom's Height: 163 CM Dad's Height: 188 CM Note: Aside from these stretches, note that I am hanging on a bar for 20 seconds 10 times a day. I have 7 hours of sleep daily. I drink 12 glasses of water, 2 glasses of milk, eat 2 bananas and 2 oranges daily. I also exercise around 6 hours a day, while constantly doing plyometrics and vertical training. All of which I heard can also maximize or maybe even increase height. I am doing these stretches twice a day. Once after my daily workout and once before I sleep. Goal: 184 CM by Day 60, 190 CM by Day 228. Day 1 (May 16): 179.4 CM Day 2: 180.1 CM Day 3: 179.8 CM (idk how i shrunk) Day 4: 180.2 CM (back on track lez get it) (Timeskip) (havent been doing the stretches everyday) Day 21 (June 5) 181.9 CM Update: 2 years later, haven’t been doing the stretches at all but I stayed very active and I play basketball in college. I now stand at 183.1 cm. I don’t think Ill grow anymore though. We’ll see.

    Dude we have the same height. Our parents also have the same height. I hope both of us achieve our height goals. P. S. My advice is to set microgoals for height and focus on them. Focusing on the main goal too much can make you feel dejected.

    I'm a 16 male and I've started doing stretches last week, I'm trying to stretch everyday in morning, afternoon and before I go to sleep, It's been hard to be constant though, but now, whenever I don't stretch, my backs starts aching, so I guess I don't have an option anymore 😂

    Stats Before starting: Male, just turned 15 178.5cm or 5"10 Height in my family tends to be recessive, so parents (who are doctors) and other doctors are expecting around 6 foot and a half or 6"1. My biggest growth spurt has been about 5 inches over 2 years, so around 2.5 inches a year (13-14, 14-15). Will update each week with increases if any. Week 1 23/07 : Not any taller yet, its only been a week so I'm not expecting much. I have gotten more flexible though, which is one good bonus. Week 2 5/08 : sorry for the late update. I am around 0.2cm taller,. but more so maintain my height throughout the day. Instead of losing an inch in the evening, I now maintain at solid 5"10 Im only going to be doing months now sorry, but reply if you want weeks. 24/12 Very late update, but still continuing with similar stretches. I am now 181.5cm in the mornings, and remain the height throughout the day. Not only has my posture improved, but i have actually grown around an inch, just from doing this, so hopefully I can get to around 6"1. I'll try update more regularly from now on.

    Im 17, and Im 168cm tall. I havent grown since October last year or 9 months ago. Im gonna start doing this exercise then jump rope after it every day, drink dairy milk 2x a day, and try to get 8 hours of sleep. I may skip one or two days but I will try to be consistent. I hope I grow taller

    hey guys, currently 18 (turned that 3ish months ago) taller than my parents at height 172cm/5'8 right now. (date 16.01.22) ((changed the initial height bc i measured myself incorrectly -> i started at 172cm Will be doing this frequently and will update yall Wish me luck (read the comments for more detailed journaling) Sorry for the late update: So on 06.02.22 im a little bit over 175. I will try to measure myself in the Morning( since ones the tallest in the morning) note: I have been doing them almost everyday but ny sleep schedule has been shit. At times i have slept 8h but from 4am to 12:00. obviously this kind of sleep schedule is not optimal 22.03.2023 I am now 179.5 / 180. I have done nothing but stretching lately, Boxed once lol, cared more for an earlier sleep. diet ist still on a surplus and i have used affirmations to trigger

    @@noyes3265 Not true, u can grow until your 20s. You have a lot of time. Main things you want to do is Sleep 8-9 hours a night ( try to sleep before 10 pm ) and eat good foods high in protein, etc. Stretch, workout. You can get to 6’3 with these things. Believe in it.

Age: 20 (just turned a couple months ago) Male Original Height: 180.2cm (5' 11" Barefoot) Desired Height: 6' 0". (182.9cm to be exact). (182.5 and above I think counts as it officially gets rounded up) Been/still doing these stretches twice everyday(1 after waking, 1 before bed). From 1st July 2022. Sleep was consistently around 12 15/12 30am for July and August. Now its 11/11 30 for September so far. Week 1(7/7): 180.8cm Week 2(14/7): 181.3cm Week 3(21/7): 181.6cm Week 4(28/7): 181.8/181.9cm MONTH 1(JULY): 181.8/181.9cm(+1.0/1.1cm) Week 1(7/8): 182.0/182.1cm Week 2(14/8): 182.2cm Week 3(21/8): 182.4/182.5cm Week 4(28/8): 182.5cm MONTH 2(AUGUST): 182.5cm(+0.5/0.6cm) Week 1(8/8): 182.6/182.7cm Week 2(14/8): Currently doing September and am at 182.5/182.6(reached it after 3 days of the month). Sleep is a lot better too. Also doing swimming now aswell. I'll keep updating this since it might be useful to people especially so since theres not many people in the comments who post that are my age ig.

    @@nathan-dw7ju I just did these ones. Also some advice, at your age I'd recommend focusing more on your sleep, exercise and nutrition rather than this stuff. Drinking lots of milk is what I did to reach 180.2 originally because my parents are relatively short(I was originally 5 inches taller than my dad and 6 or so than my mum). Good luck and dont give up :)

    Currently 18 years and almost 3 months old.     Yo mido 1.63 teniendo 16 años, voy a hacerlo diario Edit: a veces no se como medirme correctamente porqué hay veces que mido mas o mido menos, entonces no se pero si he cambiado tantito Día 1 - 1.63 - 15 de abril Día 2 - 1.63 - 16 de abril Día 3 - 1.63 - 17 de abril Día 4 - 1.63 - 18 de abril Día 5 - 1.63 - 19 de abril (He sentido que gane flexibilidad y mejoro un poco mi postura) Día 6 - 163.2 - 20 de abril (hoy que es fin de semana lo hare 3 veces) Día 7 - 163.2 - 21 de abril (casi se me olvida ponerlo) Día 8 - 163.2 - 22 de abril Día 9 - 163.2 - 23 de abril Dia 10 - 163.2 - 24 de abril Dia 11 - 163.2 - 25 de abril Dia 12 - 163.2 - 26 de abril Dia 13 - 163.3 - 27 de abril Dia 14 - 163.3 - 28 de abril Dia 15 - 163.3 - 29 de abril Dia 16 - 163.4 - 30 de abril Dia 15 . 163.4 - 1 de mayo Dia 16 - 163.4 - 2 de mayo Dia 17 - 163.4 - 3 de mayo Hoy es 10 de mayo no me ha dado la gana de escribir estos días, pero lo estoy haciendo diario, acabo de ir al médico y pues crecí un 1cm, no es mucho pero es mejor que no tener nada tenia casi un año que no crecia pues, me gustaria darles el comentario de que esta semana le pedire salir a una niña, publicaré lo que me haya pasado, o volveré para decir que no me atrevi. 16 de mayo - estos días no hice los estiramientos, debido a que me dolía la espalda baja, pues tengo problemas en la cresta iliaca y estuve descansando. Seguiré con los ejercicios desde hoy, veo que la gente de habla inglesa se queja de tener 1.80, siento que es un poco tonto quejarse de eso. Yo quisiera esa altura, pero bueno. Queria hablar tambien sobre que he empezado a tomar suplementos alimenticios, después en vacaciones iré a las barras a colgarme porque horita no me da el tiempo. Postdata: Creo que le caigo mal a la niña que le quería pedir salir, así que no sé, si pedirle salir.

    Ok, I am 15, 9.5 months and 6'1". I am going to do these stretches for 7 days and see what happens. I will update you if possible. I have grown 1/2 an inch in the last year. Maybe 3/4 tops. My current goal is 6'3". Please wish me luck, I want to try to get there within a week or two! 🙏 I repeat most of these 3 times a day, I do some other ones too sometimes. UPDATES Feb 6, 6'1 Feb 7, 6'1 Feb 8, 6'1 Feb 9, 6'1 1/8. Making progress here! Wish me luck!
