@@fajrvvs4174 idk about how much that person listened to it but i continuously listened to this every night for about 4-5 hours and kept it at around 10-30% volume and got my results in two weeks. i was so shocked cause i usually don't have that much faith in these but you should def believe and it will work out. ah btw i grew 2 and a half cm.

Edit: WEEK 1- it’s the first week I skipped a few days I can’t see any noticeable changes but someone said that I looked taller soooo let’s see! @@user-no3ce1ly6d i don't listen subliminal for my height. i love listen affirmation like 1. i am taller 2. i am look beautiful 3.i am happy for my beautiful height 4.i am look attractive etc.

Im 16 and yea these subliminals and stretches really do work and i really didn't think doing these things on a daily basis would make me grow taller since most guys around my age stop growing. I started doing these things at around mid april when we started doing quarantine, and i measured myself each month up until now. April: 171cm May: 174cm June: Almost 178cm today: 181.6cm Yesterday i met up with my friends and now i am the 2nd tallest when before i was the 2nd shortest. They were really surprised and it was really funny seeing their reaction. I really hope you all get the same results as i did :)
