    @Chupapi Munyonyo you're training muscles so there will be changes however you won't notice short term, try taking a pic when you start and a pic when you've been doing it for a month and you'll see a difference. compare your face with your face yesterday and there'll barely a difference, that's how it works basically

    I have started following this and the Fix Uneven Cheeks video three times a day since Monday, March 11th. I am a 22 y/o male and I am going to attempt this routine for the following four weeks, brutally honestly comparing the progress, if any, by pictures taken from the exact same angle every Sunday. I am not going to lose weight, workout or adjust anything else about my schedule during those four weeks to let you know whether this actually has any standalone effect on adults, starting with the first report on March 17th. WEEK 1: I have done this routine steadily three times every day. Before I share the brutal results from the comparison of pictures, I want to talk about the felt changes. After one week it's no longer such a great shock when mirroring my camera. I've even had experiences where I had forgotten my camera was still mirrored, until I turned my head. When looking in the mirror, I have also started feeling significantly less insecure about the right side of my face. But has anything actually changed? By comparing pictures, the result was... Interesting. My main concern was my right cheek being wider than my left, and for week one, there haven't been any noticeable changes in that regard. Instead my eyes, which were previously on slightly different heights have weirdly become even, and my lip has straightened very slightly, but noticeably as well. I am going to post the week two report on March 25th, hopefully reporting changes about my cheeks. WEEK 2: After week 1 ended without any changes to my uneven cheeks, I decided to try and find out the specific reason for the asymmetry and boy, did I make a discovery. The pictures showed the right side of my face being the broader one, which happens to be the side I've always disliked more. So, looking in the mirror, I was convinced beyond doubt that this side was the broader one. Turns out, my phone automatically flips selfies upon taking them, and the side I like more and was convinced of being the slimmer one is actually the broader one, with the reason being that its muscles are more pronounced due to me preferably chewing on that side. I thought I'd share this, as this goes to show just how much our mind can influence how we perceive ourselves. Do with this information as you wish. But you want to know the actual results, right? I was excited for this week's picture comparison, as my wife commented on my face appearing slimmer and I started feeling continuously better about the previously disliked right side of my face. The result from comparing pictures was actually mind-blowing. While my eyes and lips had not changed significantly since the first week, my face has become significantly slimmer and more toned and while there still remains an undeniable asymmetry due to especially the left masseter muscle being more pronounced than the right, it is nowhere near last week's result. Compared to where I've started, I look and feel so much better and I'm honestly excited about next week's results. You'll read me on April 1st. WEEK 3: I know I wanted to post the update yesterday, but I've been extremely busy, so here's my sincere apologies. As previously stated, this week I had a lot to do, as we moved to a different state. Since I had to singlehandedly renovate both homes, I've had two days that week, I didn't get to do the routine even a single time. But that same reason makes this week's report especially interesting, as you will not only read about possible positive changes, but also whether or not, not being able to do the routine for a short amount of time will have any negative effects or reverse previous results. Again, the felt results first. I am no longer able to spot any asymmetries by only looking in the mirror and needless to say I've been feeling significantly more confident. Exercises, like "Kiss me, Darling" that would previously highlight my mouth shifting towards the right side, now appear completely even. And luckily, the comparison of pictures supports that feeling. The asymmetry in my cheeks has further decreased, and so has my mouth. There is still a very slight asymmetry, but it is just that: very slight. When comparing to the day one pictures, I feel like a different person. I was admittedly worried after missing two days, but it turns out, as long as you stay motivated and continue once you are able to, little hiccups will not be endangering your progress! You'll read me one last time on April 8th. Stay motivated! WEEK 4: So, this is it. The final report. Looking back to how much not only my looks, but my mentality have changed over these past four weeks is unreal to me. Especially considering that I didn't exactly believe in this routine to really be able to change my facial asymmetries, I am grateful to be able to say that I am finally happy with the way my face looks. So here's a rundown on what has and has not actually changed due to the routine over these past four weeks: My left eyelid has tightened in relation to the right, giving the impression to have raised the entire eye. The skin on both cheeks, but especially that of the left has tightened significantly, making my face slimmer, while pulling my previously droopy left jaw and mouth up proportionally. I have lost insane amounts of water retention, that would make my face look puffy, due to continuously following the routine. My left nostril, that is slightly bigger than the right has not changed, nor have any facial muscles changed significantly. Regarding this, I can confidently say that water retention, loose skin and the like can contribute to facial asymmetries, all of which can be fixed by following this routine, while asymmetries that result from an imbalance of muscle or a high body fat percentage can be changed, but not by this routine alone. Then there's also genetically influenced asymmetries that can not really be altered. My final advice to you is to try and find out what causes your specific asymmetries and add or remove certain aspects from your daily routine accordingly. That may include periodically changing the side of your face you prominently sleep and chew on, training or untraining facial muscles on either side depending on your preferences, getting into Gua Sha routines for extreme cases of water retention or loosing weight. The key to everything truly is, as His Dream said from the very beginning, steadfastness. You got to be patient and stay determined. As you see from the many comments that stopped reporting about their progress, this can be so damn hard. But if you manage to do it, you will get the results you desire. With the greatest changes you will experience, being those to your mind. As you have read in my reports, the mind can manipulate your perception in ugly ways, but it can also present you with the gift of confidence. No matter what your mind focuses on, it will reflect on the outside. So through all this, the confidence I have gained has been the greatest and most important change I am grateful to have experienced. I hope this journey will spark the motivation in any of you to start your own and report it for others to read and be motivated by. Just remember, time will pass anyway so don't make yourself four weeks into the future regret to not have started today.

    Thank u this encouraged me to try this without being scared of making it worst. Did you ever experience your jaw cracking or even locking at some times, would be helpful to know if you have a similar cause of asymmetry as I’m still a bit worried about damaging something.

    Okay, so my son is in his 30s. He started doing this about 6 months ago at night before bed. When he came home for the holidays, I definitely saw a difference in his appearance. He's in good shape, but asked him if he lost weight because his face looked chiseled. His chin and cheekbones were both prominent and slimmer. He said " Mom, I think it's this video I've been following" While he was here, I began doing it with him and have continued to do it before bed since. It's 6 weeks and I can definitely see the difference. My face is slimmer and the little fat pouch that was developing under my chin is gone. Looking at my face, it does look like I've lost weight, Honestly, the routine doesn't seem like it could do anything, but it does. Also, one eye seemed lower than the other for the past year, but yes, It's looking pretty even now. Really appreciate this video. Thank you!

    i don't usually comment on these but....oh my god, this works like magic. I've been doing it for like 3 weeks, skipped a day or 2 in the middle and only did once or rarely twice a day. basically i wasn't consistent in any way and didnt except any results but holy shit, not only did this help with my migrane, the left side of my face has always been a bit weird, my left cheek protruded out a lot and the asymmetry was very much visible. tell me why my is completely symmetrical now??? im not even joking or exaggerating. somehow my left cheek became smaller and is now the same size as my right cheek

    This really work, no advertising, I used to take pics back in 2020 and my face was PERFECT, but I start sleeping and eating on one side and my face become sooooooooo asymmetrical that I didn’t like taking pics nomo, so I didn’t know it was asymmetrical until like 2 months ago and I found these exercises and been doing them for 3 weeks and I LOVE MY RESULTSSSSSSSSSSS

    Hey my face looks symmetrical in front camera and In even real life i look symmetrical but just back camera flips my face please tell me this exercises will work for this problem?

    this is my second week doing these exercises at least once a day, usually 2 times a day, and the improvements with facial toning is honestly amazing. cant believe how much tighter my skin is around my face and its always refreshing waking up and relaxing all the facial muscles. if you have any doubt, don’t, just keep at it and you will see improvements by the first week at least. i’ll update this next week edit2: okay so 3rd week, ngl i been slacking a little only doing it once a day, but i can say again that my face is even more defined than before. my face was round and chubbier, but now you can see my cheekbones and jawline so much clearer and i definitely got a confidence boost. doing these exercises along with mewing has made me feel and look more attractive so i recommend mewing as well. alrighty see ya on my 4th week edit week4: helo helloo soo its been a month of doing this video and honestly, im done. i love how my face looks now. its given good symmetry and a perfect amount of facial toning. everything is defined how i want it and im gonna quit until eventually i gotta do this again/if. thanks for reading this if you’ve gotten this far. i still will answer questions as of 3/8/22

    @@smitshah2810 yes, i have been working on losing weight and as i started this, i’d say i lost about 1 pounds since i started, however i dont think weight had to do much with my skin toning. ive lost weight the same way i am before, and my face didnt change much, but now that i’m doing it a second time and these exercises, my face is way more defined

    These helped so much like actually I did them over a few months and my face went from like a 55-85 percent symatry I’m gonna keep doing them.     @@tsuchus technically everybody’s face isn’t perfectly symmetrical, but in terms of shaping it, yes it does slightly help. It’s mostly for toning your facial muscles and targeting the specific areas of your mouth

However, if you do these for a long time like LN said, I'm sure you'll see results. You dont gain muscle at the gym over night, so same goes with the result on your face. It takes a while to see the difference

    24.11.22 02:38 (CET) I am a person who is very skeptical about videos like this. But after I read the positive comments I gave it a shot and I can definitely say after 3 weeks I see changes. It is not a lot but my jaw is slightly more even now and I am not sure if it's placebo but personally, I'd say that my face in general looks a little bit more balanced (I say balanced on purpose instead of even). It has been only 3 weeks so you can't expect a lot. I will continue this till new year and if I don't forget I will update this thread. Thanks for reading and maybe I could give someone the motivation to try it out themselves. PS: I did it 3 times a day, some days only 2 due to the lack of time. PPS: I combined several exercises so my progress is maybe not only because of this video.

    whoever has doubts if it works, don’t hesitate it. Do it immediately. I have been sleeping on the same side and my face got asymmetrical. I didn’t really take any pics for the past 2-3 years so i didn’t even notice my face was asymmetrical until this year. I got really insecure and hiding my face everywhere and never removed my mask outside. I really hated it because all my teens i hide because of acne and FINALLY i found a solution for that and end up with this face. I got so insecure again but this exercise is a lifesaver. I noticed slight difference in a week and by 2nd week there was visible difference. Today i completed my 3rd week and the last two days my sister and my mom told me that my facial features has become more prominent. It makes me so happy since they don’t know i’m doing this. It makes so excited to do this now because of it. I’m so glad i found this video💗

    @@ba-ze3fl it depends. I mostly do this when i do my morning and night skincare routine so i do one or two at a time between each step of my routine. I used to do three time a day for first 2 weeks (now i do once or twice) so then when i did around 3-4pm i used to do one after the other like the video. Just do whenever you want and see how comfortable it is for you to do. It doesn’t make any differences as long as you do it

So actually, ive been observing myself a little bit more, and ive realized that I have a latetal pelvic tilt, which is most likely the reason why my right side is more tighter and more asymmetrical, and why my right shoulder is higher.     I've been doing this for 3 months straight and I've seen some noticeable changes and here is my journey Before this, my face is completely distorted. One side of my face was sloped down pretty heavy. This is the consequence of using only one side of my jaw for chewing and eating for years and sleeping on the other side of my face. So the thing is i decided to change that and stick to this routine with this exercise, I do this 3 times everyday for 3 months now (after waking up, before lunch, before going to bed), some other tips are that you have to train yourself to chew using both of your jaws (if you had this bad habit like me before) and try to sleep on your back. Trust me, this'll help alot. Also check if you have bad posture like using one side of your leg to balance your body when you tilt to the other side etc. Stop doing the bad postures that make your body and face unbalanced. Try to make these into your routines by making them your new habits. If you feel it's to hard to keep up you can try to make one habit at a time and when you feel ready for another one in your routine? Do it. If you have any questions. I'd glad to answer them also.     Me, too. I use only one side of my jaw for chewing and eating for years and sleeping on the other side of my face. Now, should I use both sides of my jaw and sleep on back or should I use the other Jaw to chew and sleep on the other side in a time before using both sides

    One side of my face is like really really lean like flat af and there is clear definition in my cheekbones and jawline but the other side just looks chubby and I’m very insecure about it how do you think I can fix this and what we’re your results like I’m not a high body fat % maybe like 16% but I haven’t been truly lean in my life so I’m trying to lean down a bit to see if this helps as well as doing exercises like this , I used to be really fat but I’ve lost all the weight pretty much and I held a lot in my face so I think because I’ve never been truly truly lean a lot of it is still held there BUT ITS ONLY ON ONE SIDE I don’t even know just need answers

    I never comment on youtube videos, but I have to comment on this one. I have been doing this for the past 2 months, 2-3 times daily. I took pictures to track my progress and I can actually see a huge difference, I was especially insecure about my asymmetrical jaw - but now it's a lot more symmetrical & my face seems more toned, overall.     Oppps sorry! I’d say my face is a lot more symmetrical than what it used to be- although I don’t think it will ever be 100%. I also try to sleep on my back instead of on my side/front, and chewing food on both sides (as I had a habit of only chewing on one side).     Update: after doing this for a whole month, I can tell it is effective and I can see my face being symmetrical. You just have to do it everyday 3 times a day to maximize the results quickly. Also don’t ever sleep on one side.

    Going to be recording my journey each week for a month! I'll be doing this exercise paired with his lip and jaw exercises every day in the morning and night. Week 1 : My left jawline was essentially non-existent before I did these exercises. After the first week , it looks much sharper and my lips looks slightly less assymetrical 👍 Overall , I see slight improvement. Week 2 : As expected , no crazy changes. There's a very slight improvement to the assymetry. But much better than before Week 3 : I've not been consistent enough ( only 1 time a day ) sometimes but overall my jaw assymetry has been fixed , my lips are almost there but my nose is still crooked 😢 Week 4 : Last week is done and in comparison to my first , my face has improved a lot but my assymetries are far from being fixed 😅 I'm still going to do these excercises ( with lesser volume ) and might update in the future 🫡

    Its so weird because I look so good in the mirror, and I still do, but on a Iphone 6 It looks so different, taking a video instead of a selfie actually helps, I think it is just the angle and lightning coming to play when its about taking a picture

People are different, I think the face is not the only attractive thing, you can always work on your body instead, people are attractive to different things, don't worry about it too much! that was one mistake I did, u got this

    i have been doing this exercise for 5 days, whenever i am free and wow it worked. Before, my face was distorted to the side when viewed from the back camera, but now it's more even. Really effective exercise

    I have been doing this 3 times a day everyday for more than 6 weeks now. I have seen a huge improvement on my facial asymmetry. My left side had always been bigger and my left cheekbone was way higher than my right. Right now, two sides of my face honestly look 80% even. I had huge insecurity issues with my face but now I am 100% more confident. I just want ppl to see my comment and give it a try! It doesn’t cost anything just minutes a day. It’s worth it!     Guys this is really working. I can see a lot of difference in my face .long back i was so insecure to take pictures bcoz of my asymmetric face ( which i got by sleeping on one side) .but now the pics are far better than past I can't express my gratitude My one of the insecurity washed away 🥹 A great thank you for this creater. Here are the things i did for making my face symmetrical: I found out the cause and rectified it I stopped sleeping on one side even though i felt difficulty to sleep I did these exercises consistently I took photo everyday to check the difference That's it All i wanted to say is dont be so sad start implementing this ,be consistent,you will see the results definitely .❤

    I started on January 5th and it's been 5 days since I've been doing it. I've noticed very slight changes by doing it 3x a day, but yesterday I did it only twice and today once bcuz I was busy. Pray that this works 🙏💪 (I'll probably edit again in a week or so) Update: so I was busy for a while so I do it sometimes once or twice a day, rarely thrice, starting today 1/18/2024, I'm gonna do three times a day for a week and I'll update, btw I can see slight changes now but still needs work Update: I've done it once or twice ever since, I've been really distracted lately so if pls like this comment so I can keep coming back to it and so I don't lose my momentum

    @@Luxtramer I'll just update in the comments, so basically ive been doing it at least once a day, sometimes twice, and few times I'd do it thrice, so far I can see a change and it's not as bad now, but I still needs more work, tips ive been doing: 1. Trying to sleep on my back or on the side I don't usually sleep on (my face is lopsided due to bad habits like sleeping on my left side constantly) 2. Taking portrait pictures of me every few days to see if my face has improved

    I've actually been doing this for about a month and I've seen amazing results, my face has gotten a lot more slimmer and symmetrical. I've gotten so many comments on how different I look which is so pleasing to hear :D. Do yourself a favor and workout your face.

    Hey guys I am going to show my progress in days, stay tuned! I also did these exercises twice a day along with the fixing asymmetrical face video which I also did twice. I am just following his exact steps in the video, Stay tuned!! Day 1: I see some difference on the first day my jaw look a bit more even, same for my cheeks Day 2: Not much difference Day 3: My jaws are starting to even out more, but not much difference for my cheeks yet Day 4: I am starting to see that my cheeks are evening out, same for the jawline Day 5: sorry i missed day 5, will restart for day 6! Day 6: my jaws and cheeks are both evening out and I can see the change in my face from before, but I will continue the exercises because I don’t think my face has fully evened out. Day 7: i don’t see much difference from the last day but will continue for a month. If i don’t see any difference or changes in the next 7 days i will switch up exercise to only fixing uneven cheeks video where i will do twice in the morning and twice at night. My cheeks are the areas that need the most evening out but since i saw some good results whilst balancing the fixing uneven face and fixing uneven cheeks videos, i will continue the same trend for more results. Day 8: not much change in face Day 9: sorry i missed day 9 was a bit busy Day 10: still not much change. I have decided to switch up workouts to this exercise twice a day with the ultimate all in one facial fix which i will also do twice a day. I will do for 1 week, if i see no difference i will go back to the exercises i started with(this exercise and the fixing uneven face exercise). Will start new routine for Day 11 Day 11: I see a little little bit difference but still not satisfied Day 12: I have noticed that exercises will come into effect slowly but eventually, you will see some minor changes for the first two weeks and I think that the full effect of the exercise or change in your face will come about in 1-2 months. I am going to continue these workout till the 30 of august and be back with my progress that same time. Hope my updates helped y’all, peace Okay so I am back with my results. I am happy to say that my face has fully evened out in my opinion and really thank this man for helping me. Reminder I did the exercise 4 times a day. I would recommend doing the all in one facial fix because it fixes part of your face you didn’t even know needed fixing. Results: My uneven jaw was fixed, one side was crooked while the other side was good. My uneven cheeks was also fixed, one side was wider than the other side. In my opinion my side profile looks a bit better than before. I think other parts of my face were fixed but I don’t see change because I never noticed there was a problem with them. Tips, Advice, Suggestions: 1. Your front camera of your phone or iPad may lie to you and make your face look a bit uneven out so ask a companion if your face looks even out because what they see in their eyes are what everybody else sees. 2. Whatever facial exercise you doing will take time, don’t give up if you don’t see results as quick people may say the results will come. Good things come to the person who wait. 3. If you have an uneven jaw I would suggest sleeping on your back, exercising and drink a lot of water may also help. 4. Mewing also works great for evening out the face and defining the jawline. Mewing does not get your face wider it may actually get your face thinner and more define. Chewing gum is what that may cause your face to get wider. You can do those exercises aswell as mew to even out your face. You must mew frequently and do it the right way to get the results. Mewing may take time to show results but it is truly effective. I have been mewing for around 2 months and i have great results. I will continue for better results.

    I’ve been doing these exercises for about 3 months & my face is more defined (noticed some cheek bone whenever I smile more than I used to) I don’t personally see any difference in symmetry but I’ll keep going. (I have some issues with my face symmetry that won’t be fixable with exercises but I’ll take care of those in the future) I used to do this back in early 2022 but then took months off, I returned to doing it in October and was much stricter (3x daily) and gradually decreasing (I’m doing this pretty weekly or occasionally now just to keep my defined toned face rn)

    okay so, i cant express how happy i am and idk how to thank you for this honestly, at first when i tried the inverted filter i legit cried cuz of how i looked as i looked amazing in the mirror but in reality i looked like a dead bat and i got hella insecure and went so hard on myself to a point when i wanted to end it all (im not exaggerating) then i spent most of my day spending on how to look prettier, only options i got were surgeries etc. which i never wanted. then i got lucky enough to come across this video. after 2-3 weeks my face looks so symmetrical, i just tried the inverted filter and now only my eyebrows look different from eachother (its since birth so idk if we can change that) BUT IT WORKED!!! i hope this encouraged anyone who was feeling insecure but remember, you are pretty the way you are 💕

    Usually I never comment on anything but this was perfect, because my face was really asymmetrical; the right side of my face was drooping and puffy while the left side was more slim and lifted. I've done this for a little bit over two weeks and i have fixed all the habits that caused the asymmetry (sleeping on my right side etc.) and my face has improved really much! i can barely even notice those asymmetries anymore and they will propably fade away over time. I'm just astonished by how well this worked. thank you

    @KARUNA BISEN not completely, but there is only a small difference, and it's not very noticeable. if you feel like the exercise doesn't work, you can do it more times per day, or try add some other exercises to your daily routine; for example lose puffy cheeks exercise or face lifting and firming, that i also did for some time. also make sure that you don't continue the habits that caused the asynmetry, for example sleeping on one side, chewing on one side etc.

    So I've been doing this for a week, all i could say is that it really works! My face seems so almost balanced than before. Thanks to tiktok inverted face😭 I've been binging out lately because of that.

    Wow this really has been helping me, and I’m only 15 years old. My right cheek was much bigger than the left one and my eyes were pretty asymmetrical too. I was searching and searching for a video to assist my muscles and fix my asymmetries, and the I came across this. Here are my results so far; 1. Day; nothing rlly happened 2. A little difference with my cheeks and eyes. 3. My right cheek was looking smaller on camera and in the mirror. At the moments it’s just my eyes that I need to fix, because my left eye looks slightly raises than my right. Also guys don’t feel bad about your looks to much, because; A. no one probably notices it.. B. everyone, including celebrities have facial asymmetries. C. This video is totally worth it and it will fix your facial asymmetries.

    been doing this every day , started off once a day now twice , the exercises get easier to do & it’s not only made my face more symmetrical, it’s helped w my overall posture somehow , especially teeth alignment

    Seeing all the comments here, I started doing it religiously. Been doing it exactly how he has instructed, 3x a day. Today's my 10th day. I can't speak for others, but for me, it's working, slowly but yeah, well. My facial structure is Oval, and the noticeable change I've observed is that my chin has got prominent now, which was not earlier. Hopefully, my cheeks will thin now, but yeah I can see small but significant changes. It's not faulty... You must not give up, and keep on doing. I'm a huge procrastinator, and a regular masturbator too, but since the last 10 days, I have stopped fapping, shaved my beard off.. started to bring my life back on track! I will update you if you want further, but yeah these are my current observations after 10 days. Keep the faith, and patience, and work hard. Results will come. 🙏

    Thank you so much for all of your helpful videos. My boyfriend asked me tonight what I was doing differently and mentioned that my face looked younger, and he always tells me that I am beautiful, but he said I even looked more beautiful. Everything a girl could hope for. Thank you so much !

    Been doing this for one month. After I got my tooth pulled I stopped chewing on my left side completely for years which made my mouth and smile crooked when I talk and smile. But now? Not even 2 months in and my smile and mouth is about 90% symmetrical. Heck my entire face is more balanced as chewing on both sides is important for the symmetry of your entire face! I look so good on the front AND back camera AND when I flip my pictures lmao my eyes also don’t look tired without make up and look brighter and wider. This also helps blood to circulate and get moving in the area so I also look very vibrant. Lastly, my face is slimmer. I saw obvious results after 2 weeks. Don’t give up! This will give you an amazing confidence boost!

    hey guys so because of my facial asymmetry which is taking so much of my confidence i mean i can't even take pictures any more i found this guy and i read the comments , i actually got motivated . anyway im gonna start the exercises and tell about the results, and find out if its actually working hh , im gonna do all the facial asymmetry exercises he did 3 times a day for 3 months , i m sure the results will show up before but anyway hhhh

    I've been doing this for 3 weeks + trying to sleep on my back ,chewing on both sides ... and OMGG IT REALLY WORKS my face is more even now and I feel more confident tysm I'll keep doing it to get better results
